Here are three reasons why Diana doesn't sound human.
First, she is a dramatic contralto, which is the absolute rarest type of female voice. It allows her to sing very dramatic/powerful, very (I mean VERY) deep, very dark, very rich.
Second, she has a spectacular larynx. She won the genetics lottery, and it's been called the Eighth Wonder of the World.
Third, she is polyphonic, which means she can produce multiple harmonics within her voice at the same time. This is what allows her to sound like two people at once. (more below)
When you add all that up you basically get a person who creates her own auto-tune. She doesn't need electronic auto-tune. She IS her own auto-tune.
And the effect when you hear her is totally mind-blowing. It's like she's singing right through you, like a sword straight into your soul. Literally NOBODY else on the planet has a voice like hers. She's not one in a million, she's one in seven billion.

performances. At the age of three in the middle of Russia's far northern
Winter she was abandoned, injured, at a bus stop where she was rescued
and sent to an orphanage. At the age of 5 she was still traumatized and
unable to speak properly. A massage therapist who visited the orphanage
trying to help kids, was the first to recognize something special in
this little girl, and eventually adopted her. Diana was sent for singing
lessons because it was thought that this might help her learn to speak
without impediment. Only two years later she started singing in local
theater, and in street plays and performances. And soon after was
entered in a Russian TV music competition for disadvantaged children. By
the age of 10 she was winning local competitions, singing on live TV
shows, and her songs started showing up on UA-cam. Two months ago, at

The man who jumps up is the famous opera singer Yusif Eyvazov and husband of the world-well known opera singer Anna Netrebko. He is a guest of honor and representative of the operatic genre in this first episode of the competition.
Those competitors have to evaluate each other and they have praised Diana in the highest tones: “Diana has no competition on the show, she amazes with her talent, it is impossible to tear yourself away from her, you want to listen endlessly, they have tears in their eyes and are even afraid to blink”.
