Looks like an office turned into a residential condo unit.
Excellent visit, well presented and a condo I really like actually. I just find it a bit awkward that the kitchen is at the back and has no direct light. But I like the large dining and living room area that are bright, well appointed and have a balcony. The bathrooms are nice too. Price is fair for the price, I guess, but I'm looking forward to the coming presentations of the smaller condos at a more affordable price. Thank you also to the person holding the camera and giving us a sense of each room, his role is important and valued.
By the way, I have a question. English is not my first language, and when you announce the square footage, it says XXX sq meters INSIDE on screen, but I seem to hear "IN SIZE". What do you actually say? For me "Inside" would mean without balcony whereas "in size" would include the balcony. This is how I understand it. Could you clarify? Thank you!

If I am presenting a condo, I will only ever give the size that includes balcony space. If I present a villa, I will present land Size and then locining space *the inside space size) but for this condo 88.8 SQM includes all areas

Of course you could put on both at the same time
Setting the air con at 27 and putting on the fan simultaneously is meant to coo down a room efficiently and be more economical electricity wisel

Nice unit. My only real complaints would be no jets in the tub and the wallpaper needs a brighter color. I can live with everything else. Also, you put the wrong info in the description. The video is 88.8 SQM, 2B2B Unit for 7.9M THB but the description is 37 SQM, 1B1B Unit for 1.9M, THB.
His problem. I'll pay the asking price at 1.9m lol

"large sofas, large coffee tables" (1 sofa not large), dining room own "private area" (looks pretty open to me), windows "allow so much natural light" (also allows sun heat from the sunlight), "small vanity" (maybe tiny not small) - understand property broker must sell the unit, but rolled my eyes with the overly hyped sell job - and I use to work in condo property development. Bath is a bit of wasted space since have a shower, and the bathroom floor to ceiling window is a maintenance nightmare - must wipe clean regularly. Nice condo nevertheless but a bit tiny 2 bedroom 88 SqM.

I gave a fair description, and as you said, I'm their to highlight the good features, not pick out every tiny aspect that is bad
Yes, the vanity table was tiny, but you can buy a big new one for less than 5,000 if really needed, so I don't see it as a big deal. The dining room feels like a separate space, to me, at least, as when sitting in the living area you don't see it and again when sitting in the dining room you have the option of looking out onto the view rather than just looking at the seating area. The sofas felt large as you could sink into them. My sofa at home is narrow, so these felt big and comfy in comparison.

Honestly, I love a good joke. I just hold back on this channel and my video content, but recently I've learned to relax more and just enjoy myself so there are a few funny moments being added to upcoming videos

I think it's a fairly decent price for the location and quality of the room. Though of course not everyone agrees with the pricing of each condo. Other units here have sold for 10 million for the same size, but a few floors higher up

That is not true. There are negative comments left by viewers on here. The only comments that get deleted are those that spout abuse
