Obviously not that way since there's no sleeve grip. The figure 4 grip instead, with a different adjustement and positioning of hand & arm, is needed. I recommend you watch the Craig Jones version of no gi ezekiel from the back

Getting old. Need to get smart. This is why you should have long looser sleeves on your gi. Very tough to stop once you have the arm through.
