Think about everything even if you have nothing. Even if youre homeless with no family no friends and no money. Don't you want friends? Don't you want money? You can't lay around and wait for a miracle. You have to want it. You have to want to improve. I know it's hard. I know. But it being hard makes it 110 times better when you start seeing results. When you start losing weight. Making REAL friends. Making people proud. Looking presentable. Smelling good. Feeling good. Standing tall even if you're short. Being respectful and having dignity. It takes weeks,months, years. But it is so worth it. Do I feel 100% good at all times? No. Do I have all that stuff down at all times? No sometimes we all slip. But will you get up and learn from it? That's up to you. If you feel the need to be better than stand up and fight. But if you're ok with being unpleasant, not looking presentable, having bad hygiene, and feeling bad, than ok. That's ok if that's what you want to do with your life. But if you really want to improve take my advice and advice from others. Don't just ask to ask. Listen and learn.
