*My Aunt has passed away today June 21st, 2010 and this song reminds me of her. She was only 62 and died of liver disease which ultimately failed on her. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for all your comments, thoughts and prayers. That meant so much to me and knowing so many people care.*
FINALLY, I am able to get a new video up of Spooks! I know a lot of you were waiting for me to do a Spooks/MI5 video and after spending about a month on it waiting for episodes and everything it is here! YAY! LOL
This video focuses on the character Lucas North played by Richard Armitage. It's about his experience this season and how broken he was coming out of being in prison for 8 years. He basically lost everything, including his ex-wife who he loved. I thought this song fit well with him trying to get back to his life in England and being back on the grid (aka MI5). Also shows his overall experience in the season. ;-)
This video is dedicated to my mom and my aunt who at the moment are both battling melanoma and cancer. This song has really described how I have been feeling in life lately and knowing that I will make it through one step at a time. This is a sad video but also inspires hope, as there is a light at the end of the tunnel. So, I was really inspired by this song for so many reasons. My mom loves this song and Cold Play. :-) Wish I could "fix you" mom and auntie! I love you both so much!

i've never even watched Spooks and this is making me cry....
I feel almost inappropriate watching that - so very intimate... and yet I will no doubt watch it again a hundred million times! Congrats again HeathDances!

Poor Richard, his characters always get the shaft... when writers decided to have Guy kill Marian it pretty much killed the entire series. He's such a phenomenal actor and added the depth to North's character that a script alone can't create. Your video is awe-some! Great clips timed perfectly to the song (can't ever go wrong with Coldplay!) and the action sequences at the end were so powerful, I got emotional watching the rise and fall of such an amazing character. Thanks for the tribute : )

heather, this is amazing, whenever I start to have Lucas withdrawals I know what to watch. Love all the clips you used, and the music, the way you had the clips change with the music, was so cool. The grid is so ingenious-love that, so many pictures, where to look, LOL. Love it!!love it!!Brilliant.
For several days I've been wanting to comment on this video but everytime I tried I would get choked-up and I think you know why Heather, but I really wanted to say how much I love this video, how utterly perfect it is, and it also has become something special for me.

Watching this video again after seeing what we have been shown in Series 9 Episode 7, it just breaks my heart. What they have turned Lucas into in Series 9 is just too hard for me to swallow, especially when this video shows all the amazingly good and loyal things that Lucas did. So sad.

Heather, this was brilliant! I have yet to truly experience Richard as Lucas North...I'm having to wait for the DVD of Spooks series 7 to be released in the US. And, this amazing vid makes the waiting all the more painful! LOL! Loved it!
