The gym alone doesn't give you a Kardashian ass. You can only put so much muscle on. Even professional bodybuilders, the female ones whose image is mostly based on their butts, if you look at their butts when they aren't posing (or using facetune), they honestly aren't that much bigger than before they started working out. They're a little bigger, but it's the perkiness and shape moreso than the size going for them. He's addressing people who want a Kardashian ass and the truth is that the gym isn't going to get you that unless your natural butt already pretty much looks like that.
I like that you added "If that's what you want" at the end of that first statement. This is a subtle but effective body positive gesture. So many magazines are like "DITCH THE FLAB GET THE ABS" "THE BIG BUTT YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED" implying that everyone should want it or feel wrong for not wanting it.

I used to watch a lot of British tv and noticed they featured actors who looked like real people. They came in all sizes and types. it was a stark difference watching American shows where everyone looked the same.

Silent film stars in the early 1900's were sometimes totally fucked up permanently from getting early age brutal face lift surgeries. It isn't a trend, when it comes to fame at least.
Steff Christie this was so interesting to me bc I know how most women achieve their nips and tucks but I couldn't work out how they got those huge butts overnight. People criticise them but I've always enjoyed their show - until they started looking unlike themselves. They just need to tone down on the lip fillers and butt injections and they'd be fine.

Nawfa Khan I doesn’t matter. Not everyone wants to look proportionate, some want a little or a lot extra... What matters is that people who pay a lot of money get what they want (as long as that is physically possible ofc.) and surgeons don’t force their own aesthetic convictions on their patients
When I was 14 years old i overheard my aunt pointing out my butt to my other aunt and how its big compared to the rest of me. Back in the 90s this was not a cool trend so i’m kinda thankful for this one kk trend that made some of us who have naturally big behinds fit in 😭

The world is crazy! I have a naturally curvaceous butt and I would love to have it smaller! I grew up at a time when big butts were not fashionable. What most people do not understand is when you have a behind like that, it’s sometimes difficult to dress properly. You always attract unwanted attention and you can easily look vulgar when dressed sexy. I remember when dressing up for a party when I was younger, the first question of most women was: “does my butt look big in this?” How times have changed! 😂😂😂

Many African and African American women have curvy hips and buttocks naturally. I find it interesting how these people specifically surgeons credit "Kim Kardashian" with curves negating a culture of people who have it without surgery.
They are using her as an example because it’s obvious her big booty isn’t God given. It’s not common for Caucasian women to have those kind of genetics. Kim kinda made the over-exaggerated hourglass figure, desirable for white girls. Before her, if a white girl had a big butt, she was deemed fat.

A long time ago, I got liposuction in my hip area. The surgeon was a true artist and the fat that he removed around that area changed the shape of my butt from flat and wide to a cute bubble butt. This was just through liposuction. So I guess if you have enough fat around that area this is another option. You just have to find the right doctor.
She had a nice figure when she was younger...idk what happened, it looks extremely unnatural to me. So does Khloe’s. I love Kourtney’s figure she looks amazing!

I literally have no ass, and I know I never most likely will because I recently had gotten out of the sport of gymnastics- probably one of the most draining, yet strenuously wonderful sports because of how greatly it affects your overall body and mindset strength, along with the muscles it affects when working out- (I literally had an 8 pack, absolutely NO fat on my body, and was built AF). Seeing what gymnastics can do to and with your body is so wonderful, and so actually educational in regards to body mass and body shape to one’s own self, but I remember looking at myself and being so unhappy. I was so muscular, but nothing was actually “whoa! Look at how great and how big her butt or anything really (what females want to be big and what not lol) is.....but you know, I’m actually so thankful now to see that my body is wonderfully proportioned and will never be out of wack, because I’ve seen it to what it’s full extent can be and I’m grateful to have been able to actually see that. Not being proportional with the rest of your body is, from what I’ve heard, to be a very big deal breaker when it comes to others opinions of the female body. You should NEVER let anyone else’s opinion of how your body should look discredit you with having a beautiful body, but you know- it makes sense a bit. I don't understand why people seem to be obsessed with huge butts in the US. Here in Europe most people don't care about it. I can imagine it's a lot of work to maintain a big butt, because the more fat you have the more cellulite you will have also. I have a tiny butt, no guy has ever said anything bad about it.. I have received few compliments actually for my 'cute butt'. But overall I feel like men love women regardless of their butt size and some women are brainwashed to believe they need a huge butt to look attractive.

Only insane people would want a butt like hers 😆 From my own experience, squats with weights and the stepper make your butt curvy, perky and most importantly natural looking. Exercise doesn't increase the size, but it makes your butt firm and round :)

@@giulianacr2638 squats, make sure you're using your glutes and not your thighs. Laying on the floor, put weight over your hips. Feet planted on the ground, thrust your hips toward the ceiling. Again make sure you feel your glutes tightening.

Amazon sells a very nice pair of underwear with butt pads. I think it’s $12! Ridiculous what people will do. I got breast implants in the 80’s and went through hell and got them removed. I also suffer from silicone roaming through out my body since they burst and leaked. Lots of money and pain and so much regret!

Going to the gym doesn’t always give you the big butt look,I know a girl who is super into going to the gym and working her “glutes “her butt is perky but she also is muscular everywhere else because of it,it kind of takes away from the big butt illusion because her body overall is very bulky and muscular. So I definitely agree that the gym alone can’t give you kardashian results.

chevon1920 It wasn’t actually that bad, many women had them for a long time and some still do. Fluid from the pocket could relatively safely removed from the pocket to keep growth/size in check. If you want to go large then it’s best for the tissue to gradually stretch over time instead of the trauma from regular enhancement. Downsides ofc. are the unpredictable nature of the implants, I get that
I’ve seen before pictures of Kim, and she had a perfectly lovely figure and didn’t need the butt injections at all. Her rear end looks unnatural now and out of proportion with the rest of her body. But it’s her life, it’s her body, and if she feels amazing then it doesn’t matter what we say or think.

Even professional bodybuilders, the female ones whose image is mostly based on their butts, if you look at their butts when they aren't posing (or using facetune), they honestly aren't that much bigger than before they started working out. They're a little bigger, but it's the perkiness and shape moreso than the size going for them. What most people do not understand is when you have a behind like that, it’s sometimes difficult to dress properly. Meanwhile people usually have cosmetic procedures that involve surgery very well informed and thoroughly thought through because of the relatively large amount of money involved, medical risks and downtime of recovery. I know people in my direct surroundings who have had procedures done they have been thinking about for over 10 years! Happier than ever and they wish they would have gone through sooner. A long time ago, I got liposuction in my hip area. The surgeon was a true artist and the fat that he removed around that area changed the shape of my butt from flat and wide to a cute bubble butt. This was just through liposuction. So I guess if you have enough fat around that area this is another option. You just have to find the right doctor.

I am a aesthetic nurse and I love the results I see with BTL for body contouring as well. We get really good subtle results although this machine relies on thermal energy the help melt adipose tissue and stimulate collagen induction but does not involve muscle contraction.

I don't understand why people seem to be obsessed with huge butts in the US. Here in Europe most people don't care about it. I grew up with a huge butt and it always made me feel so insecure cause all my friends were always super skinny and when I was growing up that was the beauty standard. I'm glad Kim did make them more popular, it makes me feel comfortable in my body

Only insane people would want a butt like hers 😆 From my own experience, squats with weights and the stepper make your butt curvy, perky and most importantly natural looking. Exercise doesn't increase the size, but it makes your butt firm and round :)
Progressive overload with hip thrusts does increase the size of the gluteus maximus. Consistency and patience..

@@giulianacr2638 squats, make sure you're using your glutes and not your thighs. Laying on the floor, put weight over your hips. Feet planted on the ground, thrust your hips toward the ceiling. Again make sure you feel your glutes tightening.
It does make it bigger. It's ridiculous how much it can actually. Ex of mine before she did an assload of squats and such was big, but she's now massive. Like it's that perfect Abella kinda size

Surgeries are done in order to look more attractive but they have turned themselves into Godess of plastic, any sensible girl won't ever prefer this figure even if they could get get it freee of cost, naturally, how on earth can someone idiolise them, there are many skinny celebs who are beautiful as hell, which makes mee think that beauty is GOD gifted.
Amazon sells a very nice pair of underwear with butt pads. I think it’s $12! Ridiculous what people will do. I got breast implants in the 80’s and went through hell and got them removed. I also suffer from silicone roaming through out my body since they burst and leaked. Lots of money and pain and so much regret!

Going to the gym doesn’t always give you the big butt look,I know a girl who is super into going to the gym and working her “glutes “her butt is perky but she also is muscular everywhere else because of it,it kind of takes away from the big butt illusion because her body overall is very bulky and muscular. So I definitely agree that the gym alone can’t give you kardashian results.
I’ve seen how a lot of the women getting bbl surgery get the surgery done more than once to get more major results I’m sure Kim has had it done more than once and has had tons of tummy tucks or lipo

This video definitely gave me a lot of info on surgeries and implants I didnt even know existed.
I naturally have an hour glass shape and a big bust and butt (hereditary) and it's crazy when I see people going to the extremes to be this way..... I wasn't happy with my body until I started loving myself.... I had always admired a more boyish figure.... until you love yourself, nothing will ever be enough! chevon1920 It wasn’t actually that bad, many women had them for a long time and some still do. Fluid from the pocket could relatively safely removed from the pocket to keep growth/size in check. If you want to go large then it’s best for the tissue to gradually stretch over time instead of the trauma from regular enhancement. Downsides ofc. are the unpredictable nature of the implants, I get that

I’ve seen before pictures of Kim, and she had a perfectly lovely figure and didn’t need the butt injections at all. Her rear end looks unnatural now and out of proportion with the rest of her body. But it’s her life, it’s her body, and if she feels amazing then it doesn’t matter what we say or think.
