Yes, we try to keep everything clean and tidy! It's maybe a bit repetitive but a lot of the work at this time of the year is feeding the animals indoors. Thanks for watching
you prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my login password. I love any tips you can give me
@Charlie Krew I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Great video, do you ever have to hand rear any lambs, when I was a kid (many years ago) we used to love it if we had to have a "pet lamb", even remember having them in the kitchen by the Rayburn at the farmhouse. Feeding them out of CocaCola bottles with a teat on. Great fun.lol.
Hi Mags, Thanks. Yes, we usually have a few pet lambs at this farm. We try and get other ewes who only have one lamb to adopt any lambs where the mother has no milk, or has too many lambs. On the other farm there are usually a lot more pet lambs as they have a lot more ewes. I will definitely include some footage of them at lambing time!
Sure wet there, snuggles the cat smart to stay in barn.... what happens with the eggs after there all on pallets? Into a cooler.? And do you haul them to sell or does a buyer come pick them up? Thanks for another. Great video Brandon !
Hi, Yes, very wet at the moment. Snuggles is good at keeping the pests down - a proper hunter cat! The eggs get sold onto the food distributer who then sell onto the big supermarkets. The food distributor have fancy machines that scan every egg - any imperfections and they go as second class eggs for food preparation companies, or someone once said they get used in shampoo!
Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. The feed out the big bin is used for both the cows (when they were outside) and the outdoor/indoor sheep. The calves get special calve nuts and we mix it with barley. We give the cows barley when they are indoors. We grow the barley ourselves.
@@brandonsfarminglife2367 thanks for the reply we do the same with our fat cattle but the sheep we feed rolled barley with a 18% protein pellet mixed in. Take it easy we might get some sun one day.
man your videos starts always with you cleaning your cow's barn

@@brandonsfarminglife2367 That would be amazing to see the lambs, thank you.
And another really busy day, those calves should soon be too big to escape anymore lol
Yes, hopefully that happens very soon! They seem to think it's a game now!
Which sheep breed is that?
Are you raising them for meat or wool or both purpose?
What’s the cobalt do to the ewes?
It's a slow release (25 days+) supplement that gives the ewes minerals and vitamins which is passed on to help with the growth of the lambs.
What good girls the sheep are
Yes, they are all pretty chilled out and easy to work with. The only wild ones we have on the other farm are the Hebridean sheep!
If I want to buy sheep 🐑 can transfer to Cambodia 🇰🇭 brother?
Really enjoy all your videos. What breeds of cattle and sheep do you have?
Thanks for watching! There is a bit of a mixture between the two farms... Shorthorn, Limosine, Charolais and Angus.
@@brandonsfarminglife2367 Thank you.

how about a short electric fence for those calves
Good idea, although i would probably end up shocking myself most days! Hopefully it won't be too long before they are bigger than the feeding bars.
hi brandon could we have abit of imformation about where youare working.lookslike alot of people working..thanks.we are having alot of rain here too..
Hi Maurice, There are 6 full time workers (including the owners). Hopefully all these storms stop soon!
