This a Dallas victory, not all of Texas. South, Southeast and a lot of central Texas is Astros country. North Texas and Dallas is obviously Ranger land. The panhandle is probably Rangers. West Texas is up in the air.
I am a Braves fan who will always remember their WS titles in 1995/2021.
I hope the Rangers and their fans will enjoy theirs because it is well earned after a long wait. Congrats to the Rangers.

@@Wheelmass I can confirm - I was at home in Fort Worth watching the game, and when the Rangers got the last out and became champions, I erupted with ecstasy. My cheering voice, along with the cheering voices of other fellow Rangers fans, traveled out of Texas and flew way over to Arizona. You better believe it!
I'm a Diamondbacks fan, I was hoping they'd take it, but I can't even be mad the Rangers won, they did an amazing job!
The 4-1 result was a bit deceiving, it was a much closer series than that. If Arizona wins Game One, would have been a completely different series.

I've been a fan dating back to the mid-90s (around 1996) after I fell in love with baseball after watching "The Sandlot". Being the local team of the DFW metroplex, I became a fan of the Texas Rangers and stuck with them through thick and thin. 2010 and 2011 were momentous, even though they lost. But I never stopped loving them. I never ever quit my devotion to them. And now, they won! THEY WON! WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS!!!!!!

We are Tigers fans, born and raised, so I appreciate what you said. We stick with them through thick and thin. I wear my Tigers gear when I take my grandkids to Ranger's games since we live 45 miles from the Ballpark. We have been going to Rangers/Tigers games since the late 1980's at the little old park. My youngest son and his family are Rangers fans and I am happy for him to now know the feeling of "his" team winning it all. Congratulations to the Ranger's and their fans.

I was in kindergarten when we lost back in 2011 and I didn’t understand sports at the time but enjoyed going to ranger games with my family during the summertime, and being on FaceTime with my Dad during the final strike is hands down one of my favorite memories. Crazy to say…my favorite baseball team are finally champions😎

I was 11 years old in 2011. That was the first year I began following the Rangers. It was such a gut punch to see the team lose the way they did after how strong they were all season long. As the years went on, I began to think that was closest they'd ever get to winning it all. My god, I'm glad these guys proved me so wrong.
Im normally an Astros fan but after they lost to the Rangers I just wanted to see the Rangers get their first WS championship. So happy for them!!!!

I am a Rangers Fan waiting a lifetime for a World Series Championship. You never forget the night your team wins a Championship, seeing a franchise win their first is very special for the team and the fans. As a lifelong Giants fan, I’m so happy to see Bochy winning again. Congrats to the Rangers on your 1st WS title in franchise history. Y’all deserve it. For Arizona, sure this wasn’t the fairy tale ending they were hoping for, but they should be very proud of how this season played out. Just 2 years ago, this team lost 110 games. This season they won only 84 games, defying all the odds, being the underdogs, yet making it to the WS despite everyone voting against u is something to be very proud of and the DBacks should be very proud of how this season was even if they didn’t win it all. Both teams have a bright future ahead of them and once again congrats to Texas!!

I still remember Texas Rangers getting to within one strike of winning it all with Ron Washington manager. That was heartbreaking. They are Champions now.
