Fun fact, Dreadking EX has the second lowest HP of all EX deviants only behind Silverwind, about 5k less than most of them. It certainly doesn't feel like it because you get so much less opportunities to deal damage compared with everything else.
you asked if viewers ever paly generation ultimate before, well I just start playing GU with my friend recently it is a bit hard but it's really fun. I usually main HH & SnS in MH game, started playing LS when I see your video it seems really fun so I started playing LS in GU as well.
Gunner life. 🤝 This is why I only use offensive skills as a gunner, only def skill I always use in every iteration of monsterhunter games is evade extender 2. Doesn't matter if you stack res/def, you'll get one tapped anyway so better put everything on offensive skills and end the hunt faster.
the way this rathalos stays a lot more in the air, reminds me rathalos from p3rd, i love rathalos there... seeing you fight this beast, makes me interested in trying to solo him as well!
You've inspired me to attempt soloing MHGU. Any advice for tackling it? The skills always confuse me because flavor text is lacking and I think the last time I attempted it, village advanced shegaru was practically unbeatable

@翼空 GU is more crit focused so critical eye, weakness exploit and crit boost give the biggest bang for your buck. Everything else is just slow getting better at the game. There are quality of life skills but going solo, you have to make sure your damage is up there as you go into the higher ranks of G rank
I feel ya on this lol I've been trying to solo dreadking with aerial glaive for the definitive challenge! I solo'd him easy with multiple other weapons and styles and aerial glaive is difficult with him😂
I first played GU when it first came out...but by that time World was already out so I was MUCH more interested in that. However, I played GU in full a few months ago...was a ton of fun! Nice going back to the old style and it made me appreciate that the games aren't that hard these days XD I think I'm good on difficulty for now XD I've been playing MH since the days Freedom 2 was about to give way to Freedom Unite....and a lot of the difficulty was either 0 frame start-ups, hitbox jank, or 'press 1 wrong button = die'. Love the games but no more o' that please XD I'm probably gonna be throttled for sayin all that. Tigrex is still best boi regardless of game.

Is it? For me It was one of the easiest and in online he rarely carted everyone as knowing when to dive and using adept make him too easy. Grimclaw, elderfrost, crystalbeard and bloodbath are the ones that were the hardest and took so many hours to beat due how hard they hit with every move and I remember them carting everyone all the time even HR999s that ended up leaving right after.

Great vid and the main reason I don't have GU is that there are too many new games that I want + they keep getting DLC that I want.

gunners in GU are made out of paper 💀
if a monster that can one shot a blademaster having more than 700 def, it can definetely oneshot a gunner.
It hurts moving from blademaster to gunner sets and seeing that defense get cut in half...

I'd skip the advanced stuff. Follow the story then jump to the hub quests
