The happiest day of my life was when I won tickets for Robbie's concert in Croatia 2013, ( I couldn't afford it otherwise). I barely managed to pay for the trip there. Went with my best friend and it was the best concert I've ever been. 6 years later I watched him again Dubai 2019, and it was even better! He is one of the greatest performers ever. I just finished his documentary on Netflix, I am so overwhelmed. His story gives a lot of hope. Thank you for all your music Robbie ❤(Rudebox is among my favourites)
I was shocked to hear people didn’t like this song when it was first released from the Netflix show. It’s a really cool song, I love it always. Really cool unique album
With my brother we loved this song when it came out and only years later I appreciated the fun he was having with the lyrics, but I had no idea other people hated it, unbeliveble! It's a total BOP !
At the time I can see how this was ill-received. But when you think of it within the spectrum of Robbie's career, you can't help but enjoy it. This may not be true for all, but for me this has aged better than anticipated.
I NEVER even knew of this song until today I’m here because of his Netflix documentary. I was a fan of Take That since I was 15 in the early 90’’s. Then liked a few of his solo songs. When this song was shown in the documentary, Robbie fast forwarded it- so I came here to listen to for the first time. And it’s actually not that bad! Well done Robbie 😀👏
Felt so sad after watching the documentary. He didn't deserve the hate. In fact nobody does. If you don't like a song, move on.. imo this isn't his best song but I still like it.

I just watched the show on netflix and discover this song with a very special feeling ❤ what a great artist and what a carriere ! He should be proud of all that he realized... I feel really sad that he had to deal so many unfair nastiness. The song and the clip are masterpieces ❤❤❤

Acabo de ver el documental en Netflix y ahora a escuchar todas las canciones de RW. A comparación de la música actual, todas son joyas. Y tan criticada que fue esta canción en esa época, a mi me encanta..❤.
Killer song, that really stood out from the rest ... and still does, and this from a run of the mill artist in an age of run of the mill music. Very happy to experience musical greatness now and then, as it is sadly lacking as of 2000!
Loved it when it came out and love it now... I was surprised to learn it wasn't liked back in the day when I was watching his documentary... It was really different and upbeat~ totally my cup of tea~
no. derivative. The chorus is lifted from Boops by Sly and Robbie. The beat is sampled from Da Da Da by Trio. Even the lyrics are mostly just references to other rap songs.
This is such a catchy song 🎵 Well done Robbie 👏 ✔️ He's a songwriting genius 👏 🤣 Robbie williams songs are based on his life He struggled with obesity, addiction, depression and if you listen carefully to the lyrics you will be able to here Robbie speak about his own self loathing and personal suffering I admire him for his great courage and honesty about being open about having bi polar disorder To admit that one has a problem takes a lot of bottle 🍼 😕
LOVED this when it first came out. Listened to this song non stop. The worst thing about this album is it came out just 10 months after his previous album, Intensive Care, which didn't get as much time to breathe as it should have. Hugely under-rated album.
This is one of Robbie's many best albums. His voice has so many colours and his rap is more than rap. Maybe some people need to listen to this album more times to love.
This track just confirms why Robbie is one of the greatest talents the music industry has ever seen in the modern age. The track is ROCKING and the video fits it perfectly. I love this track's grittiness.
LOL- Robbie is not talented - That song is terrible the song need helps.....that is terrible rapping it is an insult to rap. The worst part is that he insults MJ what a cheek when he can't rap. That is one time when the music industry was correct - rubbish song lol

I was 16 when it hits. After Sin, Sin, Sin - which I also love - I was impressed how Robbie changed his course. What a performer.

Am I the only one who likes his most fantastic, experimental and outrageos 2006's album??
yes
Probably
Rudebox is his Best work for me

I remember eveyone were criticizing Robbie for this song when it came out. But I really liked that he experimented with some different styles.
That song is amazing the most of his songs are amazing
The key word there is "experimented"
This style suits him just fine
thats no excuse for this lol. i like robbie and his music but this was bad in too many ways

By "hits" do you mean "hits the fast forward" just like Robbie did in the Netflix doc just to avoid listening to this dog log.
I agree with the SUN

All of Robbie's bits are clearly just filmed in a lift and he looks like he hasn't slept for 4 days. This really is some of his best work.
He was a huge addict to drugs and alcohol. That's why he looks shit at most of his videos

How can you diss that song Rob, how...
The album went straight in at number 1 in 12 countries, that's not bad!
But then the next album which is much better suffered and is the only one not to
The rap lyrics aren't the best, so I can understand that.
I’m 38 and live in the uk and never heard this song before 😮 until watching the Netflix documentary
I love how he can switch genres and style of singing. Very talented.
Bring this song back for Rob! Let's get it to number 1!!!!....
It's absolutely terrible
Agree...but it's better than some of that sh!t out there at the moment!

It’s dire music for people with no taste whatsoever.
