I have family living in Vera Cruz in the mountains. There are the best historic museums too with artifacts from year one. Cute cafes, and restaurants lots of shops.
America paints Mexico as a bad place but it’s not. You can buy a 5 bedroom home the size of a mini mansion for like 30k in some parts. Mexicans come here to make fast money to live good in Mexico they rarely ever stay in the USA once the job is done.
