Instructions on this product are completely incompetent and don't really tell you how to use it it just says can be used in the shower in the bedroom but it doesn't say how to use it which is kind of silly

For me it says you spray it in your mouth (however much it says on the box. For me it says 4-6 but i dont trust it so i take only 3) 30minutes to 1 hour before bed time. It depends on which type you buy. I got mine from natural resources so may be different for everyone ​@lawandatyus4336

Shower gel works extremely well on me, probably because having half bath at night already helps with sleep as well. But try it out if you're still having troubles!

You can get one thays basically the same at dollar tree. So serious I be knocked out in like 5 minutes and I sleep so good
