Great video⚡️thanks a lot🙏🏼there is a huge discount on a website in my region for the axion. I wanted to but it for daily city use. However, I’m not sure how Rab fits. I’m 1m86cm tall for ca. 75Kg. I usually have L jackets here in EU, and layer with sweaters/jumpers. Would you recommend me an M or L? Thanks

Getting the Rab Axion after watching this. I need something warm that is also a little more durable. I tried the Mountain Equipment Lightline but it was not warm enough for me, hope this one will do the job :)

Hi, If I wanted one of the jackets to walk around Stockholm, Helsinki and other colder mountain areas; plus be able to use it on multiway backpacking trips (not a climber). Between the Neutrino Pro, Axion, Mythic Ultra or Electron Pro, which would you recommend? I have the positron, but it's meant for very cold situations. :)
Thoughts? Any others you like? Zero G? Mythic Alpine?

@@mistermonsterr For the tempratures mentioned above you would be looking at the following jackets. RAB Neutrino Pro Down or RAB Mythic Ultra. You could also lookThey Mountain Equipment Kryos as well.

Which is warmer out of the axion, neutrino and ME lightline? Thanks
Hi Warmth wise they will all be similar, the Neutrino uses higher Fill Power down, so there is less down making the jacket lighter and pack smaller for the same warmth.
Would you recommend the Neutrono pro for a Kilimanjaro climb in December? Or the Electron pro which wasn't covered?
Hi, The Electrion pro isn't as warm as the Neutrino Pro and from memory December can see temperature's of -20c for Kilimanjaro so My suggestion would be the Neutrino Pro

I wonder if the neutrino pro could be fitted into a 30 liter backpack on a day hiking. Should I get a bigger pack for carrying this heavy jacket? thanks.
It will fit into a 30L pack with no issue!
Which one is warmer the lightine by mountain equipment or the Rab Axion?
They will be very very similar but I think the Lightline at a pinch due to the Drilite material
Where does the Positron Pro relate to these.. ?
Morning, Th Positron pro would be a step up again in terms of warmth and would fall into the Very Heavyweight/Expedition category
Iv just purchased my second axion pro but it seems to be less padded than the first one. Should i return it or is it normal for there to be inconsistencies?
It may need to loft if its been packaged for postage or may need a good shake to distribute the down better. If a jackets had been compressed for a period of time its not unusual for it to be flat in places

Any reason why the Axion would be more durable than the Neutrino when they both use 20D external and internal?
Hi, yes the down fill is more robust, lower fill power down is not as delicate so can stand up to abuse better.
You miss the mark by not including the mythic G, when was this filmed?
At the time of filming, we didn't have access to the Mythic G. If there is enough interest its certainly something we could look at!
Is the Axion Pro sold under a different name in the USA?
Not to our knowledge and I cant see any information from RAB suggesting it would be.
