- Strap in for 10 minutes of centre console, game-fishing porn. It's Jason Hedges from Unleashed Sportfishing in his 25T Contender fitted with a pair of Yamaha 200HP outboards and has the meanest SIMRAD and JL Audio system we've seen in a trailerboat.
Buy the issue here thecaptain.tv/...
Been fishing with Jason a number of times. This guys is an absolute legend. The boat is awesome. The fishing is off the hook. Everything he says is so right. He doesn’t run a charter boat. He runs a fishing experience for people who know how to fish or want to catch quality fish. Great job the captain
You prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a trick to get back into an Instagram account..?
I stupidly lost the password. I love any tips you can give me.
@Louis Jaxtyn thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now.
Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Louis Jaxtyn It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy:D
Thank you so much you really help me out :D
@Bobby Pablo happy to help :)
5:09 6,000 - 7,000 hours so far!
Haha 4.3L of American muscle? You’re driving a 7.3L there
Jack McCarthy I pull my Contender 25 Open easily with the new F150 3.0 diesel.
I didn't know Contender was known outside of South Florida. Awesome!
Trailer Boats! 40 years ago when i started you would'nt think going out wide now in my 25 ft / 7.8 m I never worry. How good are the advancements.
You should look into a WET Sounds stereo system. Mind blown!!!!!
Serious rig for a seriously great skipper!!!
I love my Contender! Just finished filming a Tuna trip here in the USA!
Just wow! Absolute beauty.....thanks Captain for the goosebumps that follow admiring this rig \^^/
I have owned a lot of outboards, but the 2 Yamaha I have owned blitzed the others on reliability.
There is a reason most commercial fishermen use Yamaha.
Sexy boat mate 🍺
Putin The Great about time they fixed the bugs, it's a natural progression.
No doubt they have the best holeshot, but given most blokes can't afford to be chucking stacks of cash at an outboard....or can't afford to re-power after 2 years......
I know who I will stick with, but that's just my opinion.
Noticed a lot of the Yank Bass Boats are running Yammies this year 🤔
Stick with Yamaha’ or Suzuki’s for reliability
Awsome video!! What’s the furthest offshore you have gone in your 25T?
I’m looking to do a 80+ mile (128 km) run offshore from Key West, FL, USA all the way to Dry Tortugas National Park in my 25T with twin Yamaha 150’s!
Brother a 25t's got that all day that's an easy run for a contender!!! Especially out of key West.
Do you know what your overall height on the trailer is? I am wanting to do a similar setup but unsure if I will be to tall for the road.
I was just on holidays there and I remember seeing that boat and saying damn I wish I had a boat like haha
Are you interested in reviewing a 3000 series noose cat very customized? not yet complete still in manufacturer.
Stewart Gander o yeah come along and review my unfinished boat.. ha... wtf are you on
Noosa cat you have my attention
Weird seeing a right hand drive f-250
Great boat! Nice video. Keep up the good work!
Your boat gives me a chub.
91 octane? that poor yammy
Thats a fishing rig...now where is the center console cats?
Definitely handy but having a sleep when trolling for 12 hours is usually needed
@@rossy2998 you telling me you cant fish for 12 hours straight? Haha. I hear ya but a big enough console for two guys to snuggle is more than enough.
First
Did one of your bosts fall of the boat ramp
Kyle Ponton yes it did
Great boat and awesome video mate. This is just my opinion, for that price you could have gotten a 30 or 32 Contender. Don’t get me wrong, the 25t is wonderful for its size but the others are a world of difference and your truck can easily pull either one. In any case, great choice and keep the videos going!
I take it you're not familiar with the rules and regulations around towing in Australia... as he has hinted, the 3,500kg is where the game changes, you need a different class vehicle over that of which are obscenely expensive in Australia, different brakes, usually the boat exceeds width limits, you get restrictions on when you can tow, plus more, and all this varies across the different states. So this boat is well over 3,500kg, but it is just under 3,500kg
Ok I have new favourite boat now
Epic setup just a little jelly
7.3L not 4.3😂😂
Lets do a Battle of the Centre Consoles?
amazing your a kind soul
beaut of a boat
Awesome Vid guys
