I think its possible if you use metal frames instead of wood to make it more stable and you dont have to attach it to the walls or use more solid wood and connections, the goal is to make the frame more stable
Make sure to inform the landlord first and don't forget to fix the damages before leaving the apartment if ever you decide to move in another apartment
