Interesting discussion from a scientist. If you're considering 18:6 intermittent fasting (IF), a recent study shows the time you have the last meal of the day is important - when on IF diet those eating by 8pm are less likely to have high blood sugar, atherosclerosis and heart disease (early death) than those eating by 10pm. I'm uncertain why he takes a lot of chia seeds. If it's for omega-3 fatty acids, it is better to take algal or fish oil, which contain DHA and EPA (omega-3s which are shown to be better for the heart and brain), whereas chia seed's omega-3 is are in the form of ALA, not easily converted to DHA and EPA by the body.

This is solely for expats. Working in Asia or in Singapore, let's face the fact, no work life balance. Better taxes yes, better food yes, easier to access yes, better health facilities and probably best healthcare system yes. But there are cons too, bad weather, squeezing with people on MRT if you're not rich enough to get a car, while watching self centered younger ones not giving up seats to elderly disheartens me, watching a working adult snatching a seat from me where I gave to a pregnant lady upsets me so much. Watching zero customer service other than haidilao and random rarely seen cafe once a life time. This needs to be raised. There's always good and bad side of each country. Needless to say the Govt did an excellent job, however cybercrime and fraud is an issue.
I think this professor is also missing it blind to the dark side of health care in Singapore heard it’s many mercenary ways it focuses on money. First before duty and care…
It's actually achievable personally. The tough challenge is the 4th day. 3 days is a sweet spot. In fact I was at optimal state of not feeling hungry, energetic and very functional. Human actually don't need so much food to survive. Just need to drink enough water.

I was born in Singapore ,no doubt I keep complaining how boring my country.Even the malls are selling the same thing. But 1 thing I'm really appreciate Safety.
Because no country in the world want him. 👏👏👏👏
Thing is, if you come from America to anywhere in the world, you are already privileged by way of currency power, so take your pick!
Singapore is a state with no fishes in the pond.Whenever you go,there be only HDB flats squeezed in every corners,no mountains,no natural
scenery. The only worth looking view is from Benjamin Bridge and the expressway along east coast road all thr way to marina.Things are so expensive that you won't want to spend your hard earned money here.Better to migrate if you have the chance.
Jerry Neo. Are u a Malaysian who is always jealous of sg. You are here to tarnish spore image. Poor Malaysian
Xou can check out any time you like,
but you can never leave
I want to move there 😢
Interesting discussion from a scientist.
People don't realise this as a single or couple and mainly Retiree is fantastic. Young family bring up kids not so good.
Yes even our poorest are in better living conditions than the pooresr countries. Be thankful❤
Filing taxes is a big stress in the States. I had to save receipts throughout the year and think of ways to offset my tax. Here in Singapore its all done by the govt. Just click the portal and its there.
appreciate what you have is so easy to be bias.
Generally Singapore still better than lot of places, because here all kind of nationality that respect each other. Only house too expensive. Rest is alright and places with good security for public safety as well health care.
Tell me abt it.... I had a big hard time, trying to file tax in Aus. And it takes days to a week to file!!!
I am 74years old & would like to move to Singapore specifically for my adult son & his wife, is it easy for them to find a job. I would really appreciate if you could help me out please
Thank you looking forward to hearing from you
Singaporeans don’t care how riches u are. Only need u do respect each other👍
Down side of Singapore is the often long hours of many industries which is why myself left Singapore for good I’m Singaporean and have experience the underbelly of society there too in my youth plus the expensive cars and. No where to drive no country side and the social status consciousness competitiveness in Singapore not for some pple
Singapore government need more PR, Foreign Worker and New Citizen ❤❤
Easy to say when you're a highly paid foreigner and the sg gov loves you more than the locals. Try taking a lower wage job say in construction and see if you still think sg is so great.
Bigot 😂 let wait and see
Wherever you are, if you work a low paying job, life is not great. So, don’t blame sg govt for that.
I want to want this but the audio is terrible. There is a high pitch buzz coming in and out. Eg. Listen to 3:00.
Don't said too early... Many will be leaving SG very soon...
Siew. You are a jealous Malaysian as usual
Singapore good government.
You chose right 🎉
He is already a citizen or otw to becoming one😊
Sorry no double citizenship😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hmmm, why not interview Singaporeans who have left Singapore for good?
How do maintence my good diets if my blood test results shows my kinedy grades read at 22, i am worry please advises me tks very.😂😊😊 much..
Wow, fast for 72 hours once a quarter!
It's actually achievable personally. The tough challenge is the 4th day. 3 days is a sweet spot. In fact I was at optimal state of not feeling hungry, energetic and very functional. Human actually don't need so much food to survive. Just need to drink enough water.
Where can I buy the same glucose monitor?
Rich foreigners come and settle in spore and we feel the locals feel displaced!
Don't leave... ...
...and see and experience what will happen.
Have fun.
Simple ! Singapore is not dragged back by the leftist, cultural destroying woke culture. You are rewarded for your hard work by keeping more of your earnings, I wouldn't mind living in Singapore if given a choice !
What's puzzle me is how he build his muscle by eating so little?
@kennySg101: He is a Muscle Scientist!!!! He is a good Sales man!!!!
man there is some noise on your mic pickup
Singapore is one of the most difficult residences that you can have so if you can get it WHY NO !! Even giving away your US citizenship
I only have one complaint:
High COE. I need a car to earn money
Americans have and will move out to different countries in larger numbers, and more and more willing to give up their citizenship too, given certain conditions.
PAP Forever!
Lets see if he still wants to stay without fancy nus professor job
100% 😂😂😂😂 once no job. He can tahan bo😂
You forgot your brain is full of mud
