      I agree. I admit, at first I was laughing at how goofy they are, and to be totally fair, it IS kind of funny. But the dude clearly is serious about bettering himself, and while they obviously know how to fight, they wouldn't have a baker's dozen years together if the love wasn't really there. Good for them. I wish them the best!

I think he was being smart to clear his name from the jump. I was arrested at age 14 because my friend was stealing but I didn't think as clearly as this kid and I ended up spending hours in a jail cell with a crazy lady who peed herself multiple times until the my guardian came to her me and there were no charges since I didn't have any stolen items in my possession. • @BathWater0427
      @BathWater0427 9 місяців тому +2

      Are we sure?! The other guy was unable to really explain much and eventually took blame because he said “I think I was driving” and the other one was rlly pushing for the fact that the really injured one was driving possibly already knowing he was super out of it. Possibly knowing he had a concussion. We didn’t get to see for a fact who was driving. And the plates ran back to his name. I have slight suspicion that this man was the one driving to be honest. Either A. The guy had a concussion from the accident or B. The guy was too hammered to be able to drive in the first place I’m leaning more towards A because he said smthn about the car being stolen even tho it wasn’t?

    9:22 "so right there I have reasonable suspicion to stop her"🤔. I don't agree with that. Since when is talking to people reasonable suspicion. It's a populated Street in a business district with multiple people and there are lots of people talking to one another. That's not reasonable suspicion. Legally you are allowed to resist an unlawful arrest. And technically she wasn't under arrest or detainment she was in what is known as a mutual contact. With the right lawyer she wouldn't even be charged for punching those officers because they had no lawful reason to detain or stop her simply because she was talking to people. They're reasonable suspicion would be thrown out, and since it was mutual contact and they did not tell her that she was being detained, she had the right to leave which means they did not have a right to put hands on her which incited her violent reaction. If girlie lawyers up she has a lawsuit.
