i just watched the same things my beautiful 170lb little girl did....catch flies...tell her "fly fly" and it was eaten..run around the house with my cordless drill in her mouth on the trigger...balloons she would carry until they burst..but the best was the spring loaded door stops...lose her mind...howling and howling at them...miss her so much
I have a Similar experience I have a chihuahua and I get dirty looks sometimes someone called her a rat once. Of course shes named angel so...Its racism for dogs it has to stop

Rottweiler are vicious and dangerous dogs they say. Those who said that dont really know how to take care and train a dog. Its not the dog that is dangerous its how you raise and train it the basis of outcome it depends on the owner not the dog I have a rottweiler and his a goofball. And when I say a goofball he likes to do silly things no matter how big he gets his always been desame fun to watch and friendly to people
I was once viciously attacked by a Dangerous rottweiler - it licked my hand, looked at me with a silly expression and kept trying to get me to pat his flank. It was terrible....

Ya those terrifying Miniature Toy Poodles and Chihuahua's are brutal. I once saw a real nasty mean ass Chihuahua beat the crap out of an adult German Shepherd before. He had the GS by the tail and wouldn't let him go. Drew some blood too. Of course it took about a 1/2 hour before the German Shepherd noticed him but hey. LMAO 😂 😂 😂
Bruno is so cute!! He listens very well! I have a 5 month old rottie and he is very stubborn. He only listens to me when he wants to or if I have a treat in my hand.

a reyes do you think it’s a dog thing or a Rottweiler thing? My Tia snatches flies out of the sky and eats them. Same with spiders 😂 just eats them 😂 that’s why I like her staying in my room, she eats the mosquitos in the summer
I just adopted a Rottweiler/beagle mix and I ran across this looking for training videos. My dog is around 10 months old and she is the smartest stubborn dog I have ever seen. She understands and complies when she wants too. Good video thanks
Your Bruno and my rotti Gethro are one and the same. My guy is ten now and is a big moosh. Every thing I watch I can remember my dog doing the exact same thing, to a tee. They are great dogs, and he truly my best friend.

Had a beautiful dog like this for 7 years. He was a loyal and loving dog. A big baby who looked mean, but wouldn't hurt a fly. We just don't get enough time with our dogs.

Enjoy every moment with that baby! I just lost my Daughter( a Rotty) on Feb 18th. Gotta are so human,Her birthday was 9-9 -.07.She came home 10-31-07.They were the best years of my life. I grieve for her everyday & would give anything to have one more day with her. She was & always will be the love of my life.
We've been working on drop it and sit and also back up. Then play! Glad to see we're on the right track with our rescue rottie! Some triggers we have had to work really hard on!
That is a gorgeous dog and a credit to you. Rottweilers are handsome, funny, loyal, affectionate and above all intelligent dogs. When I left home, Mum still had our two beautiful Rottweilers, they came to my new home regularly and were just as happy here with me as they were at Mum's house. We lost them 14 and 13 years ago, and I have only just considered having another one in my life. Watching this made me remember that the pain of losing them was just an unfortunate and sadly inevitable coda to years of joy, love and happiness. I think I'm ready to welcome another black and tan bundle of crazy love into my life :)
Bruno is a good looking fella!! My Calvin is 8 months old and so funny. I've owned Rotties for about 16 years, he's number 5...Rottweilers are so smart, I love this breed.

We just lost our 9 year old flashy brindle boxer last week. I see a lot of the same mannerisms. Thank you for these videos. Seems like a video of your rott is cheering her up. Maybe I need 2. Best wishes
I too have a Rottweiler (a female). Whenever my brother comes near me infront of her, she starts barking! My brother tried to give cookies but anytime he comes near me, she will start barking. Rottweilers are very sweet!
I wish my Rottweiler was that energetic..my dog just sleeps and eat..we take for a walk everyday but when you go down the street he sits..and doesn’t move..
Just a thought, bring him to your vet so you can rule out things like; arthritis, hip dysplasia, heart or lung problems, or other health issues. Even if it hasn't been that long since his last appointment and even if he's "always" been that way. Dogs can't tell us what's going on and they are so good at keeping pain and discomfort to themselves. Better to look for something that isn't there than to miss something that's impacting his health and happiness. Another consideration is his food might not give him everything he needs for good health. We, as pet parents, are only just starting to understand the significant role that diet plays in our dogs (and cats) overall well-being. And unfortunately there's a lot of dog food that falls woefully short of providing the essential nutrients our dogs needs. You can't go by the labels claims or the brand name or even the price (even some of the higher priced, vet prescribed, more exclusive brands and formulas don't deliver). I share this information with you in hopes you find it useful. I lost my 12yr old rottie, Roxy on December 8th and if I had known these things earlier on I think there's a good chance we'd be celebrating her 13th birthday this month. I love that girl so much and not a moment has passed without wishing she were still here. I hope this comment hasn't sparked undue worry, I'm sure your pup is well cared for and well loved. Since knowledge is power, I figured it wouldn't do any harm to share what I learned with you.
