Create a Line Drawing from a color image in Photoshop:
Create a Line Drawing image by taking a full-colored image and converting the image into a Line Drawing image using the Color Dodge, Invert Function, Gaussian Blur Radius Pixel Adjustment, and Poster Edge filter editing features in the filter gallery of Adobe Photoshop. Students will then go to the Smart Sharpen Filter to edit the layer mask to generate a crisp Line Drawing from an original color photo.

I recommend doing 3 different projects to learn how different images respond to the filters and layer adjustments.
