They film a bit but very little and the person filming is not the same as the one helping the animal out and you never get the feeling the filming affect how they take care of the animal. That is ok. Fun fact those squints are actually a sign of trust/affection in birds. It’s basically closing their eyes in a way that says “I trust you” like how a cat does slow blinks. Those are two VERY happy birds

@@yvettealford999 no, the front one is a hen. You can tell by her tail shape (shorter and more fan-like, sits straight up, while the roo’s flops downward, is longer and more shiny) and also by the size differences in their combs and waddles.
Hen’s comb is admittedly quite large, but is much lighter in coloration, and the rooster’s has black on the edges. He also has longer neck feathers (they form a “mane” the roos fluff up when fighting) if you could hold them you could tell by feel too, the rooster’s feathers are not only shinier but silkier and a bit denser while the hen’s are softer and lighter more suitable for snuggling chicks 💕

@@lorenebonsu146 looks like a version of a pedigree shorthair such as British shorthair which come in cast range of colours and coat patterns. Generally very placid cats with loving temperaments . Mine was frequently described as “too slow to catch a cold” however everyone knew him until he passsd away aged 16 .

Stop putting things like "trust" and "love" into animals. They aren't humans, and they can't feel either of those. They are driven by instincts. They just simply don't see each other as a threat. You can see it when the cat and the rooster had a staring showdown at the beginning of the video, Staring=dominance (or hostility). since the cat looked away, it assured the rooster that he wasn't a threat. I'm not trying to be douchebag but we have to draw lines from what is human emotion and basic animal instincts because that kind of mindset can get you killed. Nonetheless, the video was wholesome, but don't try to anthropomorphize animals.

This cat has volunteeringly, taken the gaurdian role, probably like a step Parent, but does the job better than the actual parents. And seems to quite enjoy it too. The chicks are very comfortable with the cat. This is really so adorable

Actually the hen was pecking gently to get it to go under her.... hens do mostly have control over chicks in normal situations ..
This is something I see on the regular as I have hens and raise chicks. .. the hen is staying right there cause she never leaves her babies and is naturally trying to peck/nudge it to come back.
