At about 20:58, a great shot of loco 7828 'Odney Manor' with the hilly town in the background. Atmospheric, and another reason why England is a popular destination for foreign tourists.
Couldn’t make the weather out! You could hear the wind & it looked a bit hazy but so many people declaring it’s Summer in T shirts ,shorts,summer dresses etc. We have done nothing but freeze here! Anyway nice to see the fish and chips and cider!
Good one Mike &Val .... Does Odney have a two tone whistle now ..? You listen near the end as it approached the level crossing... it sounded great ! Go easy on them chips and salt you two .... very bad for you ... 😳..!
A celebration of steam and upbeat music is a good mix. Cider is a no-no for those who have young children. The lady should have been singing a more cheerful song: The Gospel Train is coming, I hear it close at hand, I hear the wheels a-rumbling and rolling through the land. Get on board, little children, There's room for many more. I hear the bell and whistle coming round the curve, She's playing all her steam and power and straining every nerve. More suitable for Odney Manor to run round with.

I believe an experienced driver is able to play a short sequence on the whistle by controlling the amount of steam going to the single lone whistle
