I'd like to argue a little about the free LLENN one. Since Chain skills have been introduced, it's easier to maintain stacks of any buff which requires Switch to activate and I'm sure it has a lot of potential during various boss fights which use large AoE attacks and apply debuffs or remove your buffs (like Chaos Sticky Thing). Of course, evasion is still far from guaranteed (even with 100 stacks and counting in the passive evasion increase it can reach up to nearly 40%), but certainly increases your survivability, increasing your time needed to heal damage received so far or letting you deal damage for a longer time without getting an annoying status ailments like Petrify every now and then. I can get why she's not considered to be a reliable asset due to RNG, but I still feel "trash" is a bit too harsh. Especially towards Sanya, whose Attack increase isn't tied to RNG... how could you.
I still think LLENN should stay on the Trash Tier. It’s just another playstyle to utilize the evasion. Sure you can use it in Chain State but you can also do that with other passive. Equiping LLENN is like a waste a slot where you want to have at least PR3 in 1 slot, LM or VST or both, PR4/Full Burst and so on. There are so many better option than using LLENN. However there is another way to utilize the passive and that is by playing around with many other stack and keep it around which not that many can do and does require a lot of other skills. So I will keep it in Trash Tier. That 3* Sanya is trash
