I watch court shows all day, every day. Im addicted to them i guess you could say and ive never seen a judge change the ruling based off the smack talking after the verdict. Thats crazy.

I didn't trust the plaintiff in the beginning. There was something about him that was wrong.

Exactly my thoughts. She was offended by something that wasn’t that big of a deal. The question was not rude. I think she is more than friends with the owner. I find it disrespectful that the lady knew what the plaintiff earned at the job.
I didn't find his question wrongful at all. I would have just told him that his job of deliverance very good. But I am glad she caught him being totally ridiculous for acting like he did at the end, & changing her verdict! That act of his was SO WRONG!!!

Well, she was doing the stutter rap, making it up as she went along and I do believe if a tip isn't good enough then run along chump. I also saw how sarcastic the guy is when his size was stated snd he appeared to shrink down to be funny. The boss can call a chicken a duck but he had no right to talk about his employees business to anyone then shrug it off like a male Karen. Finally, she most likely amped up the situation to show off for her friends. Judge took his win away, and that part was great. Brought him down a notch. Hahaha.

No. It was right call. These jobs at will employment which means they can fire you for any reason. Look up that term "at will employment".

I'm a big tipper. I have some health issues and I sometimes have my groceries delivered to my house. $200 grocery order for the week and I don't tip anything less that 15%. That person is helping me out, shopping for me and driving to my home. I also think the judge was dumb to change her ruling. So what he celebrated a little! He went to court to defend his actions against against a company and won. I'd have done a little dance too. 😂
