I've been working for some time on the sound of this video, so even if it's not noticeable easily, it is packed with familiar sound effects from the game (good headphones can help hearing these noises). I’m eager to receive your feedback like always. Thank you Mike Sol and Frederic Ratelle for the request. If you like what I do, please consider subscribing, liking and sharing the video. Such an incredible zone! I love how they managed to make it unique from Dun Murogh, while still capturing that winter feeling. Would've been cool to see the original Vanilla team try to create Northrend with the launch of the game. A raid in Winterspring could've been really interesting as well.
Don't know if you noticed, but in Darkwhisper Gorge was suppose to be a portal towards Hyjal. Not sure exactly why they did not continued with it, maybe because they changed their plans for Cataclysm.
Whenever I'm ingame I'm always way too busy with the things at hand. Apparently the only time I'm able to truly appreciate the world of wow is when I watch your ambient videos. Like a church they are the perfect place to worship the "wow deities".
Loved this zone in classic and also loved it in the vanilla relaunch 2019. I have been farming the Giants for 100 hours for my Mojos and reputation at the winterfall village furbolgs (sometimes I killed some leveling alliance players who wanted to do the quests there ;) ). Also the dragons for the hunter quest sinew. Killing mobs as a hunter is always nice, specially with this soundtrack.
I also love those ambiance videos, i come back everytime And i clearly hear the sounds you added, it adds something nice to the video, makes me want to listen more to hear some and recognize it I remember when we talked about adding footsteps on the snow when transitionning between two songs for ambiance videos Anyway man i hope the lemons you talked about are things from the past; keep up the good work
Thank you for the feedback. I hope there isn't anything too annoying. Someone (his nickname is _Sulticune)_ told me to give the _sleeping test_ to these _ambience heavy_ videos, if I can sleep while listening them, should be fine. Yes, I am taking forward the feedback received. I hope it's a good sound experiment. :) As for the _lemons,_ I am currently recovering from another depression - I am better now, but I have the feeling that these are getting _regular._ I am not a _naturally happy_ person, and I am searching to find my peace and happiness from every little small thing. Salutations and thank you for caring, Meisio
And this is the official OST for my work today. Thanks again, Meisio! ("Fun fact": I pretty much never played in Winterspring before, as I almost always had a human character. Being there, immersed is something that is on my "bucket list".)
Winterspring is open to every race Péter, not only Night Elves :-) Yes, this is something which I am looking for to do also this summer / autumn (or even winter). I don't like the heavy grinding quests there, but I like to do a bit of freestyle, avoid the paths and go through the wilderness, from west to east, north to south, kite some mobs, do a bit of a survival game :)
@@Meisio Yes, I know that any race can be there, but if one following the quest/storyline given to e.g. the humans, Winterspring usually isn't reached. Altought i'ts not forbidden to go there, that is true. :-)
The Winterspring quest line starts in Fellwood, but there are quests also after the Timbermaw Hold, NPCs such as Safta and Donova give you initial quests. Don't expect a lot of quests though :-) Salutations!
thanks as always for your content Meisio; they're always quite relaxing to listen to. I love this zone but I always level past it too quickly lol. Something special about snowy areas, for some reason.
Congratulations! I see you have your TV / computer already installed? :) Same as me when I am moving to a new house. First the desk + PC. Then the rest :)

I am confused, on the Bloodmyst Isle Gameplay video you wrote: "U should do Zangarmarsh TBC next :) " You were referring to the music & ambience video kind? :)
Spent there a good time farming herbs, got excited each time I got a Black Lotus. It took me a good time to get there though, having placed my hearthstone in Iron Forge...
VERY Beautiful! What are you using to get those slow motion panning shots? And how to you get the stuff to not attack you in the higher end zones while you "film" ?
worst change during cataclysm you ask? look at timbermaw hold furlborg stick! instead of improving it over the ashenvale stick, e.g. longer duration, transformation not breackable. instead they put a one hour cooldown on it. thats not all, you have to kill thousands of teddy bears to get exalted

Thank you for these videos! I listen to them at work all the time.
Can't help but say it: I love Azeroth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these videos.
as other commenters have said, the quiet peacefulness of the zone makes it so fun to level in. hearing each footstep in the snow type of thing
The footsteps in the snow are one of the reason I love Winterspring and Dun Morogh :)
I just used to come to this zone and rest, relax and do nothing. Just enjoy the music and calming atmosphere...it was amazing time. And amazing game.
love you meisio, you make me come back 19 years ^^ when i farmed furlbog for réputation
im in love with this snowy purple skies having place it has some of my best memories in classic and retail such a vibe

Despite not having that many quests, it is one of the most memorable places I can think of

The same with my Night Elf hunter :) Salutations Lord Illidan!
IMO the best zone
One of the best end zones for sure. I've spent countless days here, me against the _nature._

Good memories doing the Hunter epic quest :)
I've died like 1 million times there, and was the hardest demon for me. Just because I wanted to solo everything.

Excellent! Soooo enjoyable. Bring back memories. Can't wait to re-live those memories when Classic WoW comes out :)

Spent so much time here to get the Winterspring cub.
I can wait no longer...
Soon is sooner than the classic soon at Blizzard now. So it is going to be "soon". I am expecting news about the Beta in 1-2 months.
Such a good video, your edits are on point!!
Thank you, learning things every day. Including from you :)
Beautiful :) Can't wait for Classic
I love these "ambience only" videos. 6th dimension...
Thank you. I have a feeling I should do way more of these kind of videos. I am still experimenting with a lot of stuff regarding the sound.

The number of rounds I did in Winterspring for the arcane crystals from RTV needed for Sulfuras. :)

Really cool that your doing these types of videos, I'm doing the same on my channel as well. I like your work
I was curious and peeked at your videos. They aren't "the same" at all. The only common denominator is WoW.
