Ti - Copenhagen | Home Coffee Brewing with April #32

- This week, we’re bringing you the latest video from a series that we call Home Coffee Brewing with April. We join Ti in his home for the first of two videos we have filmed together.
We believe that innovation in coffee brewing starts at home, and that some of the most special and meaningful interactions with coffee can take place within your own kitchen.
As we are frequently travelling visiting our international partners, we decided to introduce this format as a way to interact with you on a different level whilst maintaining the frequency of our videos.
In this video, Ti brews an Ecuadorian coffee roasted by Zurich based Rose Coffee, using the April Glass Brewer. Ti combines this with April Paper Filters, a Momentem hand grinder from I’m Not a Barista, a pouring kettle from Fellow and a demineralised water he blends with additional minerals from Lotus Coffee Products.
If you would like to replicate his water recipe, you can find the details using the following link: lotuscoffeeproducts.com/pages...
We hope you enjoy this episode and we look forward to bringing you 3 more episodes from here in Copenhagen, before we head off to Chicago for the next chapter of the series.

I've really been enjoying your "Home Coffee Brewing Video Series. I find them to be a honest and helpful. And it's so cool to see how others around the world (not only brew), but articulate their favourite approaches to brewing coffee. April, you'd be most welcome, so I hope that one day you'll visit the west coast of Canada. )
Thank you for watching and your kind words. We would love to come to Canada and film one day. Which city do you think has the most dynamic home coffee brewing scene?
@@coffeewithapril cool. Vancouver would be the best city on the West Coast as It has a dynamic coffee scene with incredibly beautiful views. ✌🏼☕️
@@overthetopblues thank you for the heads up.
Sometimes as the beans age, the water chemistry can be changed to highlight more aspects that suits that aged beans better than fresh
It was so good to see Ti Brewing with the Glass April Brewer! Thanks For Sharing.
I also feel the importance of the water these days. Water really have ups and downs when we filter the water. So I am considering to use the mineral drop or the packets to brew a better cup. 🍵 ☕️
Absolutely, and sometimes it makes it really challenging. It can both make and break a cup.
man i love these kind of videos! Showcasing different peoples home setups and their go to way of brewing coffee is so nice and insightful, hopefully you can visit Germany one day
Thank you for watching. Germany will come. Which city should we start in?
my favorite show to put on Friday mornings while I brew my morning cup! thanks for sharing your process Ti!
Thank you for watching. We appreciate the support.
When I watch these shows, my coffee "bar" (more like some things on my kitchen counter) seem so inadequate.
There is always a wide range of options for setups. Is there any setup in this series that especially inspires?
@@coffeewithapril there are lots of great setups. The problem is that I don't have the space to lay everything out or to have a table and shelves.
