This game was ahead of its time. It is crazy it still doesn't have a sequel. Would've been great to see!

The Paper Mario games have all been designated as sequels. It’s like Zelda changing from standard 3D to cell-shading, but it’s still the same franchise.

@@monfra6474only partially true. It was started as a sequel until Square dropped out for unknown reasons, so they retooled it into Paper Mario or Mario Story

This game stood the test of time
if you beat the game again after doing all the post game bosses, they all appear in the ending sequence, including Culex
Do u need to complete the Culex 3D as well ?

Love the easter eggs in the game, and ebullient to see Super Mario RPG given a remake. Waiting on Banjo Kazooie series and Jet Force Gemini to also get a remake

8:23 This is wrong. You can defeat Johnny first out of the rematch bosses and receive the Extra-Shiny Stone, but the door to face Culex a 2nd time will not appear until you defeat *all* the post-game rematch bosses.
It's fun to see kids discover this for the first time. Makes us veteran gamers proud.
You didn’t mention the mushroom lamp glitch in the hotel where it faced the other way. It originally happens in the SFC version as it was fixed in the international release

I'm kinda disappointed that for the remake they didn't use Mario's SNES sprite when you go behind the curtain that would of been a cool Easter egg referencing the original smrph instead of the usual Mario 8 bit sprite
Maybe we should have heard them out before their very specific censoring. Seems, weither 100% correct or not, they all went right after things "you can't say".
