Trey you gotta make the kitchen that back room with the door to the backyard. A lot more room for the table and such. This tiny room up front is good for either a small guest room or maybe a storage/laundry room? It’s just weird that it’s at the front. If you really wanted to get creative you could bulldoze the wall connecting that front room to the room adjacent to it to make it a bit larger. Then you have 2 pretty decent sized rooms rather than a big one and that tiny one. Upvote so he sees! Have plenty of experience in the sims back in the day lmao

You should’ve broken the wall between the two room on the right side of the house and made it to the kitchen/living room. It would make a lot more sense since most kitchens have a backdoor.
I thought the right side with the connected bedrooms were the living room and the kitchen/dining room. You should check it out that way but destroying the wall in the middle so it's just one big area

You should make the living room on the other side of the wall from the kitchen and taken out the wall so they could be connected.... hope this helps......a lot of people like that.

Dark Green should be kitchen which should be wide open into white as the living room. Then the two other rooms will be bedrooms. Plus you can always change walls and stuff too.

I'm not sure if you already know this but the houses you bought and renovated can be yours, just don't auction the renovated house right away. Then go back to your office and on your laptop I think there was an option to say you can transfer to a new place.
