I doubt they'll be pissed off. Those portions are much bigger than anything you'll get in the Caribbean. There's no real competition like the food industry in the US.
We live in Connecticut but literally the best carribean food we have ever had in our entire life was a carribean spot in Baltimore called Island Cuisine. Baltimore has a shit ton of good food from pretty much all over the world. Seafood there is the best though. Crab cakes in Baltimore look insane no matter where you get them there.
There’s more than a million restaurants in Atlanta and he’s always going to some 2 star restaurants in Atlanta smh 😂. Carolina people just don’t like Atlanta.
That places owner actually has a UA-cam channel of her own and Donald glover wanted her to be in the trini 2 de bone episode where she turned it down because she didn’t want to be portrayed as a dead person
There is a reason why so many recipes made by black people are trending on TikTok. There are a lot of cooks out here that barely season their food or dont at all. This is what folks mean when they say that the cook put a lot of "love" in the food. You can taste when the one that prepared the meal gives a damn about the product they serve.
Chinese food in the street is worse than Jamaican food in the street there are only a few things that you should buy from Trini people the curry is very weak flavored and it's not one of my most favorite cuisines
You should try this local Asain restaurant called Aha sushi in Buford , it’s owned by a lovely old man and his wife who makes high quality asain cuisine
