Since those sausage muffins are so low carb they would be perfect for me. I just recently got diagnosed with diabetes and so I have to watch my carb count and sugar and I don't eat whole lot. So one of these little muffins would be perfect breakfast for me. I bet they would freeze well

You need to try the Rhodes cinnamon rolls at Kroger I think they are in the frozen bread aisle in a red and white bag. Pour a cup maybe a half a cup of cream in the bottom of a pan then put them in fridge over night and bake the next morning. Icing comes with

HOW do you keep the egg from sticking to your muffin tin?! I always spray mine with a cooking spray but they ALWAYS stick 😭. I can't wait to try that savory french toast & maybe add a homemade gravy to go with it 🤤🤤🤤
I’m not really sure. I’ve found that those have enough grease in them, they really aren’t too bad about sticking.
