Welcome to the newest video to honour Daryl Dixon on The Walking Dead. While I was working on this tribute I heard that Norman Reedus actually retweeted my 'Transformation of Daryl Dixon UPDATED' video. That made me even more set to finish this as soon as possible. It's such an honour to be recognized by the big man himself.
This tribute features an instrumental song, which allows for a lot more quotes. Quotes that I usually can't use due to too many lyrics. I went for a very similar style as my Story of... and Transformation of... videos, so if you like those you'll love this video!
I saw that some people are disappointed with the lack of Carol Peletier in my videos. I was already almost finished with this one when I read it so I couldn't implement a whole lot more than I originally had. However I will try to use more Carol scenes in the future (:

Last seasons are focusing so much on Daryl that I'm starting to Fear for his life.
Killing him is the worst decision ever (after killing carl for sure), theres no one left to carry the show up.

dale saw the inner bad in shane, but he saw the inner good in daryl
I wouldn't say it was "bad" in Shane. I think Dale just seen a glimpse of what they all would become if they didn't hold onto their Humanity. Unfortunately for Dale's philosophy, they all became killers, and had blood on their hands because it was necessary to survive. I believe what Dale thought was "bad" in Shane was just something he didn't quite realize that they ALL had to become in the new world to survive.
Rick basically became Shane. In my opinion, Shane was just ahead of the curve, and knew the dark necessary steps needed to keep Lori and Carl safe. "I don't think you can keep them safe".

Daryl has been one of my favorite characters of any show ever he just has SO MUCH DEPTH
He was a man who buried his humanity because it never did anything good for him then slowly person bu person later by layer episode by episode we saw him open up we saw him start to care and the best part is that

It is simply beautiful. The song fits perfectly with all the quotes and scenes you picked, all the parallels and transitions you made, everything is amazing. Good job at showing how Daryl changed through all these seasons because he changed a lot. I also have to say, this is genuinely THE BEST one you've done so far. You perfectly portrayed the way everything was just building up until Daryl had his moment of catharsis in season nine, episode five and after that, he became a changed man. I was close to tearing up, then I was smiling, then the goosebumps were too much, it was amazing. I ADORE your work.

Daryl might not have Rick's moral fortitude, but he has a lot of strength and survival instincts. You know that out of everyone in the whole walking dead franchise, he is always going to be the last man standing. Its a blessing and a curse, because it means he'll be doomed to outlive everyone he loves, regardless of what he does to try to keep everyone alive. I reckon he could even outlive Rick Grimes, Daryl has helped to fight everyone; Whisperers, Reapers, Saviours, Claimers, Common Wealth, Termites, The Governors Militias and even fighting frigging overseas.

As an adult after this apocalypse, Daryl has never been alone. He has found himself in the company of " Brothers ", sisters, family not of blood. Now he is to understand being the adoptive father figure, a pied piper to many. Norman Reedus is the perfect actor and human being with the capacity to portray Daryl. One can't just act this role, it must already exist within the man. He must also be a very humane, decent and spiritual person.
