The rockstars look a lot like fully refurbished versions of the withered animatronics. Almost like a glimpse into what would have gone down if in fnaf 2 they would have gone through with fitting the old models with the technology of the toy animatronics.
They kinda do, but they also have a bit of the Nightmares in there, with Foxy's face shape, China's build, and their jaws being separated from their heads.
