Hey Roger it could get some calcium buildup but not typically. You might want to remove the aerator where the water comes out and clean the strainer. That's typically where debris gets stuck and restricts flow. You can soak that aerator in CLR and then wipe it down good and that should fix you up. Good luck.
If you replaced the cartridge and it's hard to turn then you might have the retainer nut too tight causing the handle to be in a bind. If it has gotten hard over the years then replacing the cartridge will help that just snug down the retainer nut and don't over tightened it. Good luck and glad the video helped.
Hey Mary to my knowledge you can't change the supply lines. You can replace the supply line for the pull down sprayer but that's all. I hope this helps. Have a great day.
You must be the only person who explained all the pieces and didn't just pop it in-- thanks very much, great video!
Thanks, hope it helped!
Thanks for the help. It's one of those things most of us don't do too often and can easily forget one of the steps.
Glad to help.
Excellent video, thank you! Very clever how they hid the set screw, I wouldn't have thought to look under the blue/red button.
Thanks. Yep they tend to hide little things here and there.
This was a lifesaver! I now have a very happy wife thanks to your instructions!
Great glad it helped. I hope to post more videos in the future.
Thank you, couldn’t have done it without your video!
Thanks and glad it was helpful.
Thanks great information, can a cartridge get dirty and restrict water flow?seems to be the only faucet in the house that has restricted flow
