I want the city to assemble trash crews to pick up litter along the roads and highways. When I drive around this town it is so depressing to see all the trash alongside the roads.
The city already does this (keep in mind that highways are state-owned, fwiw). Each winter, outdoor cleanups are paused due to the cold weather, and every spring there's a push to clean up what accumulated over the winter (especially around Earth Day). Columbus stubbornly remains a flyover provincial state capital. Most people if they think of us (which isn't often) view us in the same way they do Springfield, Illinois. And they aren't aware of OSU or OSU football.

I will take your word for this. I have never seen any of these crews so I'll keep an eye out.@@ColsUnderground
