I'm not ready to know what's in the last episode. I can't get past episode 13 because Peacock is being stingy with the free stuff.
The last episode is like the first episode, the dunphy (Phil and Claire) are in the kitchen from first episode while calling their kids, and they are in the kitchen at the end making their plans after the kids all gone. The pritchet are on soccer field watching manny in the first episode, then watching joe in the last episode. Pritchet-Tucker were on plane with lily at first episode, and on plane with lily and their new baby on the last episode.

What made me fall in love was when they had to schedule Luke’s punishment in the pilot. They were all looking at the calendar and acting like it was a conference meeting😂

You know what the show does? For us without families, that have not yet started one of our own, it give us one. Of our own. For now.

Exactly! I just recently moved out for college and this series reminds of the small things about my family. In a way Gloria's way of always talking reminds me of my mom the same way as Claire's strictness does. Jay's moments where he's just a chill dad partnered with the moments where Mitchell is embarassed about his overly energetic and overreacting partner reminds me of my dad. Some traits of the children reminds me of my childhood and my brother. All in all they make me remember that I have a family and it makes it easier for me to understand every single person in my family.

Watched season 1-6 in 7 days, such a great so but its sad to see these kids grow up so fast. I hope the seasons continue and they remain great.

there’s no episode that felt boring to me. i’m so glad i started to watch this series in 2017. when it ended, we watched from the beginning twice! they’re like my second family. the writing and acting dynamic is so genius.
One of the few shows which keep the same quality over the seasons. Hope it doesn't end any soon.

The jokes and story line of each and every episode are genius. The writers and actors are perfect
Outstanding writing and acting. Great group of people with humble kind souls. One of my favorite shows that has ever graced television. I knew from the first show this was going to be something worth watching. I have never purchased DVD's until I purchased seasons 1-7 of Modern Family so I can have a laugh anytime. Thanks for sharing!

It's funny, original, indeed modern, and sometimes even makes this odd salty discharge come from my eyes at the end of most episodes. Truly amazing.
I know that you probably have read this a million times. It’s just that growing up my parents got divorced. I never put a lot of thought into it. I just figured that sometimes you have a “normal” family and sometimes you don’t. But watching Modern Family while growing up made me yearn for something like that. It’s so sad that the show is ending.

That pilot was one of the most perfect pilots I've seen. I love the show so much.
Good comedies are so rare! I really really love this show. Mind blowing script, great acting! These people do look like they are a great big modern family! :)

Such great subtle acting and consistency going into its 11th season. Even the little Frenchy Bulldog was so adorable. Going to dislike seeing it end on April 8th, 2020

When I first watched the show I was like naahh noo... then as episodes went by I got hooked so bad... ND they all became sort of a family to me...I sometimes think about advices given in the show to implement them to solve my problems in real life... I sleep peacefully each day watching modern family ❤❤❤

To this day this show still rocks
This is such a great show! From the writing & acting, to the chemistry on set. Everything feels so well-rounded. And I never felt myself getting bored. Some shows, even if they are great, have a handful of episodes or even a season here and there that just doesn't hit, but this show seemed to hit with every season, every episode. Sad that it had to come to an end, but it gave us 11 seasons of laughter & entertainment.
Ive never seen so much perfectly written burns from every single character to each other like in this show.
i know it already ended but they should make a quarantine season!! it's meant to be!

This series has been such a pleasure for me. Made me laugh in very dark times, brought hope and fun when needed most...provided my very sick/disabled husband and I something to do together to take our mind off of serious issues, so well written and amazing acting---THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
As I've said before. This show is the best or one of the best comedy ever made. Great creativity , and storyline, ideas, and the actor's. So good, must have been fun for 10yrs of having a job like that.

When the pandemic started to cause the lockdowns etc...I turned to Modern Family vs pandemic related materials (I had a good working knowledge due to my previous work experience) and it was a perfect choice. The show is predictably light hearted, well-written, well-acted and it allowed me to escape for the time being. Congrats to all involved, it is something they all should be very proud of.

So I don't know if y'all knew this, but Julie Bowen (who plays Claire) was heavily pregnant with her twins at the start of filming in the first season. That's why she always had something in front of her belly and the producers and crew did really good editing cuts. But here just at 0:13, you can see a glimpse of her belly right before the cut to Alex talking

I LOVE IT! I have watched it many times... and still laugh big at some scenes, and I still discover new things. That's how I know it is good, you don't get tired of it. Also the characters are so well defined and are SOOOOOOOOO funny!. all of them!. The kids, no so kid anymore are great, and they are great actors. I JUST LOVE IT!!!!!!

something that is ironic about the clip where Alex asks Claire about mono and pretending the babies are hers, is inferno family Haley does get pregnant, Alex gets mono and Claire pretends the twins are hers to impress a celebrity.
