    Gianna, I am very impressed with your English, even though some things are hard for the non-native speaker to say, you are always very understandable and your grammar is nearly perfect. Much better than a lot of folks here in the US! Thanks for sharing your considerable talent so freely. this is a lovely design and I am sure I will be making a few pair for friends and family for Christmas 2016! I used a much less complex design for a pair I made for my self this year and have so many complements but I believe I prefer your design and will get just as many, if not more, next year!

    I normally love your videos however in the beginning of the video with this one you didn't always have your work so we could see what you were doing. I'm such a audio/visual learner I had trouble following what you were doing even backing the video up several times didn't help me. I really would like to learn how to make this if I could get past the beginning I know I could do this.

      Try thin wire if that doesn't work. You want to achieve THE stiffness. Dollar store has that crafting wire.

    Merry Christmas to you, too, Gianna! And THANK YOU for saying it. I don't care if it's politically correct, either ... it's the season, always has been, always will be, and others can celebrate whatever they want and get over it. I don't begrudge others celebrating in whatever way they like ...... but don't take MY holiday away from ME! :-)

    I recognise those beads,they're Toho and it's part of their range called transparent rainbow (usually written as trans-rainbow in most bead stores) but can't remember the colour name. My supplier maxbeads used to have this darker colour in stock but haven't had it for a while, this is the peridot colour one, but don't let the name fool you as many aren't transparent lol.

    Your hands are not on camera. What good is it to look at you just picking up beads. I just found you on UA-cam and like your voice (the first way I pick "bead instructors!) but them disappointed in this my first video of yours. I hope you remake this one where we can see what you are doing or maybe it got better. I got pretty frustrated right away. If I can't see how you start, the rest doesn't matter. I am subscribed and will try some more but if as you say, UA-cam is not working so well, get your hands under the camera and I'll be a huge fan! (and I watch commercials for those I really enjoy!) thanks. I would like to do these for my. Mom for Christmas, can you retape?

    • @AmethystWoman
      @AmethystWoman 7 років тому

      Ok. So reading more comments I see you don't have a camera crew. I think that is perfect to the camera is static. How about making marks in your table that correlate with the frame of the camera and just know, your hands needs to stay inside that square? I really want to like your videos. I like your voice, your tempo, and your English is better than fine. I too am a visual learner so patterns in etsy are not how I learn. I'll keep watchin'

      They really are quite beautiful tho. Maybe a tutorial using larger different color beads just as a teaching aid after we have seen what they look like green and small. Thanks.

    You keep going out of camera frame.

    • @B4Pbakup
      @B4Pbakup  8 років тому +2

      +sfpatrick1968 Yes it's hard to stay in frame I already redid the second part where I'm completely out of frame. That's why I continue talking what I'm doing so you still know what's going on :-)

  • @ashleighcampbell1664
    @ashleighcampbell1664 8 років тому

    Hi, your video is interesting, I have to agree with Jennifer, I can not see what you are doing in the beginning, as there is a lot of time where what you are doing is not on the screen.
    Your English is very good, but there is no reason it needs to be mentioned.

    • @B4Pbakup
      @B4Pbakup  8 років тому +1

      And that's why I keep talking cause I can't look at my hands and the screen above me when I'm filming. And since I can't afford to hire me a camera crew, so I will always go out of frame somewhere in the video.
