Just want your viewers to understand that we were stole away from Africa and brought to the Caribbean as slaves, so we are African. The Caribbean has islands ( an island means surrounded entirely by water). We have English, Spanish, French and Dutch speaking islands. Our ancestors are from West Africa, Europe, India, China. We also have Guyana, which is not an island as it is part of South America. Other islands are St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, Dominica, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis and many others.
Also Suriname, Colombia, Belize, Panama, Hondurus etc. Although not island nations they have large coasts along the Caribbean sea.

Actually I'm Guyanese and I don't mind not being included in the Caribbean even though there's no remnants of Caribs in the Caribbean in any of the Caribbean islands but are actually Caribs are found and still exists in tribes and villages in countries. Do Africans see us as Africans (Caribbean born people with African Ancestory) and are we even accepted by Africans?
Personally I have experienced suttle rejection from Africans and some i've encountered just dont see us as Africans. Which is crazy there are some Caribbean Nationals that are 100% of African decent.

Some Jamaican have dreads but not like that almost every one now doing dreads all over the world. Yes, we do have Rastafarian but that is like 1-2% of people that is Rastafarian and they mostly live in the country area. We are know for our music, food and beaches.
