How many have you questioned ?
Nearly all but I guess everything was just for the convenience of the story? I mean how else would Harry have found the Weasleys. And the twins could have like spared everyone a lot of trouble.

Glasses are worn to correct a vision problem (I should know, I need them), so if Myrtle was wearing them at the time the basilisk looked into her eyes that would actually sharpen what she saw and guaranteed death instead of being petrified.
As for Molly asking about platform 9 3/4, I'm guessing that that she was simply making sure that her two youngest children knew where to go. Don't forget it was Ron's first day too.
Am I the only one who browses UA-cam? It's been stated by other UA-camrs, that the movies were really different than the books and instead are technically taking place 10 years later. So half of what you said didn't interest me but the Crookshanks one did.

The reason for the burning of the burrow was because the director thought there wasn’t enough action in the middle of the movie so they added that in
I always thought it was Molly training Ginny to remember the number.
Molly only questioned which platform number it is so her kids could go without her and know what to do and where to go.

As far as Olivander goes.. he might just have a friendly Unicorn and a brush...
He speaks of the tail feathers of the Phoenix (likely Fawkes) as "giving" a feather. As in "given" as a gift when it shed the feathers .. I recon the same could be true for the Unicorn hair..
Now dragon's heartstring.. well..
I do not know or want to know how he got that.
Bad eyesight does not equal blindness, and someone who would go from normal vision to what people with crappy vision are used to would feel the effect was magnified.. they aren't used to seeing the world through our eyes.
All in all, getting rid of the glasses would probably not been as effective as you might think..

I wondered about all of these scenes after I was reading the books. Which was after I saw the movies and then I realized- Comparing book to movie is a nightmare because it's almost like a different reality with all of the movies mistakes/cutting things out/adding scenes who were not in the book. Like burning the burrow I agree it was stupid. Also Harry never met a waitress in a cafe totally bullshit. Also also there was no "Battle Of The Astronomy Tower" which was the most important fight in the HBP book and one of the most important fights ever to include multiple people. Now don't get me wrong- Some added scenes are actually fun to watch. Like the prank on Crabbe and Goyle in the COS movie which defiantly wasn't in the book but was a nice addition. Another wonder- Why there was no Peeves in the movies? Yes I know he was for one deleted scene and that's it. But without Peeves and his pranks this is a lot different. Also Charlie technically appeared in the picture of all the Weaslies but never played any part in the movies accept a V mark because they had to.
