A "Postcard from Rackheath". not Rc related but a project RC Scale Tales is pleased to be part of its a short video depicting a Guided tour of Site 6, the former Mess site of the 467th BG (H) USAAF Station 145 Rackheath, 1944/45. Part one was filmed in 2021 . Part 2 is three and half years later and to see the continued work of the RACKHEATH pathfinders and featuring a cameo of my WW2 1/6 scale 1941 MB Scaler

This video shows the continued amazing progress and work undertaken by the Rackheath "Pathfinders". A Volunteer group, founded by Ivan A Barnard Feb 2020 in order to uncover, record, preserve and promote the buried heritage contained on this important WW II Heritage site. The "Pathfinders" dedicate their Saturday mornings, to digging out the buried concrete Pathways, Blast Shelters, Tree Roots and dense Undergrowth as well as the Floor Slabs of the former buildings that once stood on this site.
