Problem I run into is the movement forward isn't the direction of the camera.. When I do it myself using Input, I can do that, but for some reason with Cinemachine, I have to hit down for the character to turn back and walk that way. I'd expect it to walk backwards instead. What am I missing?

Is it the same as 2:50?
If that's the case, try to increase the damping for each parameter.
Damping will make the movement smoother and it will take longer for the camera to move and adjust.
Hope that solves it.

when I put the player to "follow" and "look at" in the cinemachine properties this "works" in the game window, but when I press play, the main camera does not follow the cinemachine camera. Help:(

Maybe you have more than one camera. If that’s the case, then either increase your current cinemachine camera priority, or disable the other one.
Another issue might be that the target of the player you set isn’t moving, only the player’s model.

اتأكد من محتوى الدورة ومستواك الحالي، غالبا تكون الدورات مفيدة. صحيح في دروس مجانية كثيرة ولكن في نفس الوقت المدفوعة برضه مفيدة. في النهاية القرار لك وعلى حسب الدورة وخبرتك.

عمر ممكن تعمل اضافة انيميشن للاندرويد مثل عندما احرك جويستيك يقوم بحركة المشي walking و عندما اتوقف عن تحريكها يعود الى حالته الطبيعية (واقف idle)

Try modifying the damping values, these values will affect how fast the camera will follow/rotate with the player.

Yes, you can make only follow the player without rotating. In the Cinemachine virtual component, just assign the player as a Follow target. And set the aim target to none. It shouldn’t look at the player then.

You uploaded an apk or android abb Bundle that was signed in debug mode. You need to sign your Apk ir android abb Bundle in release mode.
