If Anatolia is still open then definitely try to claim some it, after Swordsmen you should probably go Shipbuilding so you can embark some units over there to check things out.

I guess as Poland I would personally be spamming warriors and slingers as much as possible (no upkeep on them). Eating one of your neighbors, most likely Greece of those who declared war on you, could give you the additional cities you'd need to expand your empire and then you could continue by taking out your other neighbors, until you eventually have full control of mainland Europe.
You can Download the YNAMP, install it and then activate the Mod in the Mod menu. Then you can choose from different sized Earth Maps when starting a new game.
Hey Poland's bonus is to take a military card and make it a wild card, so when you picked the govnt. that didn't have a military slot, you effectively negated your bonus. XD love your videos though.
Your gov isn't taking advantage of how Poland converts military slots to wildcard slots. And you don't seem to be going for great people so I would suggest switching it up when you get the chance.

With out city states Autocracy is the best choice you're second wildcard slot can be used as economic and you don't have a useless diplomatic slot.
Autocracy would probably be the best government, because you would have 2 wildcard slots and no diplomatic
polands ability only affect one military card slot tho...
