Beautiful video g. *** For rule #2, H1 can't be coming out of bands OR H1 can't be OBOS (overbought/oversold) in addition to m15 coming out the bands *** please make a video about this rule change. I think it will benefit a lot of people. Also whenever you are chanced, a review of your weekly/monthly trades will be much appreciated.
Hey Cholly, found you thanks to the ftmo interview. Been trying your angel dust and omega strategies and they look great, but i have a big issue that i still couldn't find the explanation in your videos... when you have the setup confirmed and waiting for the m15 pullback to the 50, what do you consider a valid amount of waiting time for the entry? for example, if the price only comes to the 50 after 3/4 hours, or even in the next day, is it still valid? Hope you can understand my question. Keep up the content bro, we all appreciate.
I wonder the same thing, isnt there a group to discuss possible entries of this strategy? though there was a facebook one but after a search found nothing.

I only the formation 1-3 times a week on the 11 pairs he uses but when they form it’s like clockwork

I'm confused about the moving averages that you use. Do you use EMA or MA? I'm asking because in your older videos you would say 'MA' but then in the Google Docs, it says 'EMA'. I would really appreciate it if you could clarify that.
Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I believe there are EMAs and SMAs. The one is is talking about is the EMA which is the exponential moving average.

Hey Cholly amazing work. Can i ask the times is it the candle that is forming from 6am to 7am,7am until 8am, and 8am until 9am right.? and the 1am open 2am close and 2am open 3am close or 12am-1am- 1am-2am.

QHr are the green bands called? What are the indicators that you are using?
?? My bands will not show up on MT4! I have copied all the indicators to the MQL4/insicators folder. Placed the templates in the template folder. In MT4 everyting shows up, except the bands. The bands are in my indicator list, but not on the chart. If I drag and drop it to the chart, it still does not show. Ever heard of this? Any ideas how to resolve this?

January was semi dry but Feb and March have been plentiful.

Hey cholly in your 1st example of a valid angel dust set up its coming out the bands and in your rules it says **H1 can't be coming out the bands or H1 cant be OBOS in addition to 15m coming out the bands** in this example, H1 is coming out the bands and was OBOS and 15m was coming out the bands. So unless the bands moved after the fact why did you take this trade? I have also seen in one of your live trading angel dust video you take one coming out the bands that worked how do you know when to take them and when not to as it is in your rules not to take them. only pointing this out to try to make myself better at spotting them as am not seeing many valid set up that meet all the rules so wondering if I am the problem or what i need to change as am still getting free retakes on MFF but i know once i perfect identifying these strats Ill pass watched your video with calvin and I hope you have reached the monetary target that you discussed in that podcast thanks

Yes...that was in my original Angel Dust rules. I tweaked that a while back though. I don't remember which video I revealed the tweak on but it's been while. Check out ua-cam.com/video/qgHpkwBIqIY/v-deo.html for example around the 5 minute mark, I post my checklist and you can see that rule is different.
@@chollyp thanks for the response yea this was the video I was referring to and I did screen shot these new rules where I did notice the rule was missing. But I thought it was just omitted I didn’t think it was no longer a rule. As in this video you did say the price was coming out the bands but if it was OBOS as well you wouldn’t take the trade (5.54 on video) so that made me think those rules still applied so just wanted some clarification on when to take these trade when the bands are involved
as price coming out of the bands and or OBOS constantly invalidate a lot of your strats due to the nature of the bands sending price in the opposite direction
Massive fan of your work just trying to perfect my identification with these setups as it’s like as soon as I think I’ve got it. It’s like I’ve not but I feel like am really really really close now with a year of data am seeing a lot of consistent patterns in my journalling thanks again god bless bro

I'm not sure. Being that I've only ever used MT4, I've never looked into MT5 indicators.

Rob, you have to go through and rewrite yourself or post me your email and I'll send you what I've written down
I have folders for each strategy with multiple screenshot examples of setups for that strat but it's pretty personalized since I never thought about making it public

I had patience issues too man. My strats being H1 focused actually forces me to be patient. I don't look at smaller time frames for setups at all.
You have to change to fit into Chollys Frame. Don't force him to fit into your frame.

Patience is in ALL timeframes in trading.
i know 1m strategy that force you to wait at your screen for 2 sessions (London - NY) : 5h per day around your computer for the same % or less than cholly strategy. Not worth it ! Just enjoy your freedom off the computer by using only cholly strat ;)
