The angle of your camera and the beautiful window view next to the changing table drew me in to your video immediately. So pretty! That is a darling little dress you made her, you are very cunning with a needle and thread, aren’t you! I sewed an Annie dress back in 1977, remember those?, they had a bib overall like top with an A shaped attached skirt...all the rage back then, I was 15 and just learning. I've forgotten everything about using a sewing machine now...sigh... I would like to learn how to sew bonnets, fancy ones...I even bought a portable last year...there it sits..all 15 feet of it, lolol! It’s only that large in my imagination...it’s intimidating😜. Hi Joy! I didn't get an indication that your comment came in, 4 days ago!! Yes, she's about the size of our Pretty in Pinks. Thank you for your nice compliment on her dress. I don't remember the Annie dresses. Back in 1977 I had just had my baby boy and I had a 2 year old daughter, so it was all about trying to keep my head above water - haha! I bet the dresses were cute though. Bonnets are not hard to make, but they have a lot of pieces to them. I've made a few that turned out pretty well. Someday you'll need to get right back on that 15 ft sewing machine & ride her again, it's easy and fun!! 🤗💖xoxox
I used to have her but her vinyl turned grey. Ashton Drake had that problem with alot of their dolls.

I got this doll and it was my first Ashton drake doll from a friend and I named her zenobia she doesn't have her original stuff tho but I would never sell her I love her soooo much

I have both of the Emily’s. With the closed eyes and the open eyes. I was certain I bought them in the mid 1990’s.
