Great video...lived in Walnut Creek a long time ago and then in Blackhawk in the Tennis Villas where the deer from Mt. Diablo would come down into our backyard. We loved to drive up the mountain and have a picnic and enjoyed the peace and quiet up there. And what a wonderful sight in the spring when the wildflowers started blooming...I especially loved ❤ the poppies! We moved to South West Florida 24 years ago where EVERYTHING is flat and I really miss California and ‘my Mt. Diablo’. Thank you for sharing this great video!
@@audiblemountdiablo - Thanks again for sharing this beautiful video and I hope that I will be able to come back and visit my friends and just maybe go back up to Mt. Diablo again. Take care!
That was the worst possible ending to the video to scare people away from visiting. First he mentions spiders and snakes and then ends by talking about getting lost. Really bad ending to an otherwise good video on Mt. Diablo.
Love Mt Diablo. So thankful I grew up on it ❤

Awesome video! I learned a lot.
I've ridden street and mountain bikes to the top and around Mt Diablo thousands of times.
Reminds me of the Santa Ynez Valley 🧡
So beautiful...
Thank you for watching!
I would love to see a herd of tule elk roaming the mountain again and rainbow trout swimming up the creeks searching for a meal.
Wouldn't that be great?!
On a clear day you can see the Sierras from summit of Mt Diablo, aloha
Coyote and Eagle gathered humanity back together again
Yes! Here's the way an Ohlone man describes it: ua-cam.com/video/3Eimf-BPF7o/v-deo.html
