I am happy once again to wake up and find a new Aylanova practice waiting for me. I enjoyed the contemplation of the opposites of calmness and anger in the forest. The warm sunshine filtering in as I serenly stroll through the trees, and then the angry storm, high winds and lightning crashing the branches down around me, the peaceful streams now raging torrents. Then peacful again. I made me contemplate the way anger and calmess feel in less life-threatening situations. It is funny to think about how my system can frantically scurry for shelter and safety after a slight insult to my ego as though I am in actual danger. It is educational and helpful to look deeply at the raw energy to develop discrimination.
this one was an emotional journey for sure. I have been enjoying the visualization aspect in harmony with the emotional body. something I am exploring myself at the moment. i truly love hearing about your experience! 🖤✨🙏

Traditionally, one practices lying on their back. However, if you are in pain or this is not an option, laying on your side is totally fine. This is a very therapeutic position; it is more likely you will fall asleep. If you do move on to your side, practice compassion and recommit to your intention whether that is to remain aware and awake or to surrender to rest. Great question!
Wow! That was Deep! TY!
Thank you 🙏 🌊🧡
Loving the Yoga Nidra dance of cocreation, Nyla. Thank you for another exquisite experience of Stillness of Being. Thank you! Bless
