This stuff ain’t no joke . Their are a lot of good Chinese herbs to take to cool the fire . It helped me a lot and also staging away from spicy foods . Exercise , and I do a lot of rocking my sitting bone to ground the energy
Cranio-sacral can be good for pressure in the head. I had a friend who practiced this back in my twenties.. he used to work on me for free which was nice of him. I think it helped a lot The terror question interests me. It's definitely prolonged by resistance, finding a way to soften and drectly meet that core fear without the added resistance.. that's what's needed. Then that grasping can let go. One can't really do it by an act of will That's my experience anyway. Just the wilingness to surrender to God.. or Self.. There's an intelligence beyond mind that knows how to unravel that knot. So i can testify to what Craig is saying here. Fear is such a phantom, but you don't really realize that until you've gone through it. Its such a joke, so don't wanna spoil the punchline for you haha
This is it. This is so cliche. But this was exsctly what I was looking for. I was having these convulsion experiences. And I couldn't make any sense of it. I'd snap out of it usually either very irritated, angry or sometimes just completely confused and lost. I didn't know what it was. And then you brought up the babu analogy really opened up the right relational channels I was able to navigate deeper into the experience. Thank you for giving me some footing.

I didn’t know I was going through KA. My hormones got so bad that I had to be put into artificial menopause at 38 with ZOLADEX and complete hormone replacement. I’m glad I did that. Two years later the vibrations have broken through and I’m coming off the ZOLADEX.
Craig my son awakened spontaneously he went through the dark night of the soul about 1/2 then he finally was able to meditate over a year now after dark night but, he blinks like rapid rem movement
Hi craig I have a lot of servere physical kundalini symptoms and When I do yoga the shaking and pressure only intensifies. Should i do yoga and go thru it or not ?? Thanks ✨🙏
Thanx Craig, this terror thing is also to me, I have noticed that when I become this womb, feels like cocoon…. The little one inside starts to calm down…. But as soon as some other demand in my life comes (i have 4 kids), I’m again taken away from this child inside, and then the fear starts again🤔
@@craigholliday yes, thank you Craig, have to figure out how, because this little one inside is very traumatized in childhood, constant fear, abandonment etc etc… so ”he” gets triggered 24/7 with my children. I never knew this whole thing can be so hard. 🤔❤️
