Show videos against boxers and other fighters to show how whole body power 1) can take force 2) can rebound force 3 can use force in applications.

都不是大成拳，不過可以自我滿足一下。
我一上来就冲着打你20直拳，而且是不管打中了没有直接打完20拳，是脚踏步前进追着打完为止。
嗯，直接開砸也可以。
请参看我频道中“为什么师祖王芗斋说大成拳是截拳”视频。原理在其中已经说过了。一个直拳打出来，如果被对方截了，你就失去了重心，是打不出第二拳的。当然要做好截拳的前提是要功夫上身。
