As a woman they were explaining the downs very confusingly and it was making my eye twitch I feel like I could explain this to you Brooke so they have 4 tries to go at least 10 yards. Each try is called a “down”. First try is first down second try is second down and so forth. When the defense is really good it’s hard for them to even get 10 yards sometimes. They might get 2 yards first try, 2 yards second try, lose 2 yards the next try, and then when its their last try if they still haven’t gotten those 10 yards they’re shit out of luck. they have a chance to kick it. Sometimes they’re way too far to realistically kick it or get it in. Sometimes they can. You wanna get the ball as far as you can!!!! Touchdown is the ultimate goal cuz more points duh
Brooke you were not alone with summer camp. The strap on my backpack broke and the only tape they had was bright yellow duct tape. Turns out they also happened to put bright yellow tape on the backpack of asthma kids. I faked having asthma and got to spend the majority of the week in the nurse’s cabin with the sick kids and Disney movies in-lieu of hiking 💛
Oh my god noooo 😭 i mean i trust you and yup yup that makes a lot more sense, I literally rewatched it too bc believe it or not I did question whether I was potentially trippin and honestly came to the conclusion that i couldn’t rule it out due to some extracurricular activities with my binky baby buddies… well I guess now we know huh lmao but I’m leaving it and it will be staying “puddle” in my head and i encourage you to do the same if you want 😂😂

Turns out I just have AuDHD (for multiple other reasons than football😂) but football has now become a hyperfixation for me, just have to connect to it first before learning the rules. I reccomend watching the kelce bowl documentary on prime to help❤️

Like truly fully watch a season of survivor (Kenny can attest i hope since he mentioned survivor lol) but watch it all the way through, and don’t click off when you lose interest (hang in there) and then you’ll see the true magic of reality tv competition shows. Then also should watch the traitor on crave and the challenge on prime. Try to watch the challenge starting from the oldest season you can find tho because there’s sooo much lore and complex relationships to understand. It’s amazing.
