Theres a company Oceanbit who can pull thermal energy from the ocean. Maybe enough to efficiently desalinate seawater

Have you heard about atmospheric water harvesting technology developed by a team of researchers from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign led by Dr Praveen Kumar, Afifa Rahman, Francino Dominguez, that harvests water vapors over the oceans? If these structures they've designed were also combined with carbon capture technology, they could produce enough water to meet the world's needs, as well as capture carbon from our oceans and atmosphere to protect our environment. Given what we're up against with climate change, I think we need to consider all options. ❤❤❤

I am not amused about this disgusting report avoiding the truth wherever possible.
Let’s take water produced from the sea by a desalination process. Why not tell us when it started with what amounts and what is produced today ? As the desalination process will continue even more exponentially a few hundreds of millions km3 a day there will be soon reached the level where the sea level falls.
