- I’ve got some bad news; Casey has to cancel all of our appearances from July 1st onwards, until further notice. This is obviously devastating for us as a band, and is a decision that’s been incredibly difficult to make, but is one that ultimately we feel is appropriate at the moment.
Please watch the video for more detail on why we've had to make this difficult decision at this time.
As of next year, we should hopefully be back up and running. New music, more shows, and getting back out to see as many of you as we possibly can.

Good luck, Tom! I worked as a cardiac nurse in the states for a few years and have had people in their 60’s and 70’s have open heart and they have done really well! I think the incision is significantly smaller than if it was a triple bypass, as it is for a valve replacement but sending you love, light, and healing vibes. You’re so strong. Your music has influenced my life significantly. When I felt like no one else was there for me, I’ve always had your band Casey. But please, focus on your health and getting better and we will see you on the other side. Always here to offer support when needed. You got this! Stay strong 💪🏻 Be well. ❤

I had a brain tumor few years ago, I was so scared and I thought that I was going to die, but after 6 hours of brain surgery I'm still on this Planet Earth and in good health! All those fears I had are behind my shoulders now. When It ends this shit period you will feel stronger and happier! ❤

Oh wow, that's an outstanding reason for cancelling a tour. And I'm totally stunned, that even a planned open-heart surgery doesn't keep you from thinking about doing shows and music. I wish you the best of luck when it comes to the surgery. I had open heart surgery when I was 12 years old. Mine was because I had a missing piece of valve on the ventricular side. Although I am good now, it is something I now have to watch for the rest of my life and will have to get replacements of the valve. It will be good seeing amd knowing another person out in this world will have the same scar down their chest. ❤
Enough about me. Thank you for all you do. For the entire band. I was so blessed to see you in Albuquerque, New Mexico, despite seeing how scary your sickness was at the time.

I don't exactly see this as "bad" news, just unfortunate for everyone that was looking forward to the tour, but it's maybe kind of a good thing really that you know this and you're handling it so as to be okay. But I hope you will make it through easily and that you won't feel as bad when it's done. And I hope you're back at things again soon after. ❤
