Hey Tony. This is a great question. I have actually found one. Many months after this video, my elastic got slack again. What I ended up using was simple elastic rope that tailors use or the kind wrist band designers use. So you can get it in a DIY shop, or tailoring shop, or Amazon. You then cut the elastic rope to the length you need and tie it with a simple knot. It works really well. Here's a link to one I found on Amazon.
